Also, they charged me $105 for a deposit and they refunded only $100 back to my card until I called them and told them I returned the door key card and then I was told they will refund the additional $5. It’s pathetic that they charge for the key cards and probably when people don’t realize they have been charged even if they returned the key card. It’s a scam how they are doing that! Not staying at that hotel ever again!

Could use some upgrades /very outdated

The beds were comfortable however.

Poor breakfast, unrepaired wall damage in bathroom, Couldn't get to a program menu on the TV/remote. Beds and bedding and general tidiness of the room was good. Only one luggage cart for the whole hotel? AC worked well; slept well.
-
Breakfast very minimal dirty counters..carpets dirtier than last year 4 sure..justlooked more run down less help no pool still over year..so pic of its great on platform but its not what it is

DO NOT STAY HERE! There were at least two electrical violations including a table lamp plugged into a socket and put 4 inches from a bathroom sink. The rod in the closet was literally torn out, a package of coffee for the room, but no cups and no coffee maker. And there was more.

Refurbished but clean. Nice cheap stay.

Old unit but nice rehab.

A towel bar would have been nice by the bathroom sink. The continental breakfast was surprising in the small amount of choices that were available, pancakes, toast, and cereal. The beds were comfortable, the location was central to the places we needed to visit while in the Quad Cities, and easy to find, which is why this location was selected for our stay. Overall, if it was just myself, I possibly would stay again, but would check the plumbing and AC/heat units as soon as I checked in. I don't believe I would book rooms for others though. It wasn't a totally BAD experience but it wasn't a great one either. The stay will be most memorable for the things that were not 'good' in the rooms.

Stay here if you love crackheads. You will be approached several times asking for a cigarette or spare change. From the amout of laundry baskets they were bringing in, I'd say they probably live there. And if you want breakfast get there as soon as it starts!

We did not stay. We traveled 12 hours with 2 kids who were excited to swim. Just to get to the hotel and hear their pool was down. Something abt permits in Iowa..wish on line or booking.com would update so we would have known No pool

The greeting staff at check-in was very unhelpful. The cleanest of building and room were very poor for the $150 that I paid for the hot tub room. It was not worth it The TV didn’t work correctly I had to go get three different remotes. I would not recommend this to any of my friends or family traveling to the Quad cities. They have no maintenance staff. I was very disappointed for the money I spent.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. Ramada quality assurance team should visit the site. They said, complimentary breakfast, but there was just few breads and cornflakes, and a gallon of milk. No coffee. This is total deception. It will be better to mention no breakfast so that people will plan. Freez was now working in the room. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Worst experience.

AC unit didn’t work, it took almost an hour for staff to come to the room to troubleshoot the issue. I couldn’t charge my phone outlets were not working. The shower wouldn’t stay on. They only had toast and coffee for breakfast, and the coffee was empty, and even if I was able to get coffee there was no sugar available. I’m at the point to call corporate. Very terrible experience!

Parking, ok. Dirty room, broken chair, nasty bed sheets, and a nasty bathroom. Overall, very poor experience.

The first room given to us reeked of smoke although it was non-smoking. Everything ripped off the walls, almost like they were in the middle of a landlord special patch job. Second room was slightly better but still disgusting and the security lock was broken. After a man kept following me and my daughter we felt so unsafe and uncomfortable we left. The pool was drained and broke. Although on the phone they said it worked. Apparently hasn’t been running since Covid. TONS of drunk men in the parking lot. Additionally they wouldn’t give me a refund when the photos on line absolutely did not match what we experienced in real life.

Floors duty, offered hot breakfast, but only a few items were there to choose from.

excellent

Paying 100 dollar deposit, when I got there to check in they had no restroom for me too use ,when I checked out I had too wait for my deposit until they went and checked the room.

The complimentary breakfast that was an empty container of dry cereal and coffee from an espresso vending machine. The remote control that did not work and the lack of urgency by the desk to take care of it.
