The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, the reception area was a mess and not welcoming. The hotel rooms were being renovated and the crew tried walking into our room twice not knowing it was occupied. When I asked for “do not disturb” door signs, they stated they didn’t have any and ended up marking our door with an X with blue painters tape. Questionable man hanging out in the parking lot by our car. The room however was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The room was nice and clean,BUT the bed frame was bent i slept all crooked with the medal bar on my back... i didnt sleep well and have a super sore back now....

The room was bare; the electricity breakers would flip if I had the lights and tv on at the same time. The sink had an active leak and leaked onto my bag when I brushed my teeth. There was loud fighting from other rooms. I was staying there after escaping from a domestic violence situation at home and was very triggered. Chose not to stay for the entire stay I was scheduled to be there. Staff was very friendly and wanted to be helpful however they could, but they can only do so much. The room was clean, but its condition was concerning.

The room felt neglected. No cabinet doors on the kitchenette cabinet and rust on all fixtures in the bathroom...gross. Large black spot on the ceiling above the kitchenette. Won't be visiting any time soon. Staff was rude

We went out to eat breakfast Well I know the reason for the 3:00 entry time but I wish we could have gotten into our room when w arrived but they accommodated us by letting us in early for 12:00 which helped us immensely and we were so appreciative of them bending the rule for our convenience thanks so much we would definitely book a stay again if we were to go back to Omaha again but we have been bragging about the Wood Springs Suites thanks again for a great experience.
