Trash cans were not emptied after our first day stay. We had to return our dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones.

The room was clean and the hot tub was excellent after a day of driving. Loved our stay.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The Starbucks coffee and breakfast ordered from downstairs was amazing! My only complaints would be the lipstick on the bedsheets and pillowcases. The shower body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were empty. We were on 4th floor, the floors must be thin because my kids were carefully playing and the people under us called to make a noise complaint on us, which I found absolutely ridiculous. So if you have children, you may want to book on the first floor.

The view of the river is worth a room with a view! If you want to enjoy the view even more, choose a patio river view room. The pool area is closed unless it is summer. I truly wish the hot tub could be open in the spring and fall. The restaurant is a must, excellent food and great staff.

Clean hotel and doing some updating. Staff was nice. We did not have breakfast in hotel since it was an additional charge. Overall it was a good experience.

Staff did what they could to assist the TV not working, broken shower, and broken coffee maker. Spent much of our time watching maintenance fix everything. Then we had kids running up and down the hallway and dogs barking all after 11PM. Not happy with this stay.
