unique location for a first time visitor in indonesia. the building felt very secure and safe as a solo female traveler, that’s very important. every staff member was incredible. the elevator was temperamental and would alarm if the door was held open. i know this is out of control of the property, but the pollution of the city made it hard to spend time in the rooftop pool

Staff at the front desk, restaurant, lobby, and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with simple options everyday. It is attached to a mall so it was convenient to visit restaurants and shops. Hotel pool was beautiful. When the restaurant was busy, the staff had problems filling emptied dishes at the buffet line. The hotel was a little old and in my first room, there was an ant problem. The staff was quick to change my room and address my concerns. Ordering a car to the hotel can be tricky because the car apps would detect the near by mall entrance instead of the lobby -- so watch out for that. Also, entering the parking requires drivers to pay 5000 IDR regardless of time inside the parking lot so that fee will be added to your overall trip fare. To save this money, I would walk outside the entrance gate to wait for my app ride --- which is not a problem but it is just another thing to do.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown by the front office staff at Hotel Ciputra Cibubur during my recent stay. I entrusted the reception with a very valuable personal item, expecting standard security procedures to be followed. Unfortunately, not only was the item wrongfully handed over to another guest, but the staff failed to verify the recipient’s name and room number before doing so. This is a serious breach of trust and reflects a critical gap in the hotel’s basic operational protocol. In any hotel—especially one of this standard—guests should feel confident that their belongings are handled with care and according to proper identification checks. What happened is not a minor oversight, but a fatal error that could have resulted in permanent loss. I hope Hotel Ciputra Cibubur takes immediate steps to retrain staff on verification procedures and implement stricter front desk controls to prevent such incidents from happening again.

Location to place of work. Toilet bath tub and wall power sockets are getting old . Lack of maintenance and repair. Use 2 hands in order to blow my hair, the wall socket in the toilet is loose. One hand is on the dryer and the other hand is on wall socket Breakfast was getting worse than the previous visits to this hotel. Lacking in the variety of food.
