Rooms look nice and maintained Windows and walls have zero soundproofing. Breakfast buffet to limited choice. Way below standard when you charge 1 million idr per night

All was fine. Nice staff and good facilities. Very good value for money (around 50USD/night net). Since my family lives close by I like the location.. I could not get the safetybox working, even after asking help from front desk.

Friendly staff. Good location near mall. Nice pool with children’s area and a good gym. Bed is extremely hard. Room was not very clean, lots of dirty spots on the furniture.

Located pretty convenient, Bathroom smells like pee ( smiles stronger when it’s wet) and gave only 2 bath towels , 2 foot towel, no hand or small towel. Towels doesn’t smell clean like bleach or clean. Color dirty white too. Old towels type. Shower is very high up and can’t adjust the shower type. Only gave 1 key to room. While it’s needed for power. Hotels gives creepy vibes on hallway. Lots of mosquitoes in the lobby.

Breakfast was about the same everyday but was manageable. Shortage of staff. Had Nexflix etc. A lot of noise from other rooms until late in the night and very early morning. Didn't accommodate a later check out at 1pm despite staying there on a regular basis.

I haven been bitten by some ants and mosquito in the room for 6 nights. The air conditioning was issue in the final night of my stay.

Property looked good and was clean. We booked way in advanced. However, 2 out of 3 booked rooms were on the smoking floor. And we don’t smoke. The room had quite a bad smoke smell.

The staff at Novotel was extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel facilities were good with a decent pool and pretty good food offerings for breakfast. Location wise they're not too far from a shopping mall and there's a convenience store just across the road. They only had smoking rooms available, so we were pretty much forced to accept the smoking room, even though we had specifically requested a non-smoking room. Additionally we had 3 rooms split across 2 floors. There's a few mosques nearby which will sound the call to prayers around 5am each day and the sound does come into the room through the windows.
