Nice hotel, the room lighting could definitely be improved, the lights are very dim, was like being in a cave. Rooms are only freshened alternate days, and when asked to have it freshen up was told it would be done, then it wasn’t, so kind of a let down. Breakfast was good though :)

The room was clean and very comfortable. We will stay here again when we return later this summer.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. First off, this hotel is very modern. It was sooo quiet during the day and especially at night. So much options for eats/dining surrounding the hotel. The beds and the overall room was amazing. Zero issues! Very pristine and clean all round. Parking was not bad. The breakfast was above average and did not disappoint. Hotel personnel at the front desk were very welcoming, always smiling and treated us well. Out of all the numerous hotels in the area we will definitely will be back at this location very soon.

Great friendly staff. Michelle was so sweet & caring.

Everything was great until the people in the room next to us started fighting. Some one slammed another person into the wall in the other room, they were fighting and screaming, some one in that room called 911 to get help. That was a scary situation so we left before our check out the staff apologized and offered a reimbursement but since I booked the stay with expedia they were not able to.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The rooms are clean and the bed was very comfortable. We did have a false alarm fire go off early in the morning but the fire fighters responded and that’s a good thing.

Everything was clean. The breakfast was outstanding. I mean wonderful. I forgot the young lady's name, but she did a phenomenal job. The rooms are clean basically comfortable. I really don't have any complaints about the place whatsoever. I definitely will go back there next time. I'm there to get my dinner work done I go once a year and so far I've stayed 2 times at the hotel and it was great. The pool is fixed up now. Looks nice. Everything is great there. I really just don't have any complaints. No dislikes

When I got there, they said the system had been down all day and they were sending people next door to Springhill. I went there and got a room but still got charged for Townplace cause it was non refundable. They changed the reservation not me so they owe me a stay. Can you please check on this? Hotel was great. The pool just wasn't clean. The water was green color and the kids wanted to swim.

Breakfast was not bad, rooms have no insulation from noise coming from other rooms or outdoors. They allowed a woman to let one of her dogs run loose and it was aggressive and tried to attack my leashed dog and son and would not say anything to her. Room had spots dug out of it. Oven didnt work and shower took firever to get hot.

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had a great view due to our particular room assignment (room 306). To top it off, breakfast was very delicious. I'll definitely be back in the very near future upon my next visit to Baytown, Texas. God bless!!!

Had to change rooms three times. The first room reeked of mildew, and then the smoke alarm went off when I tried to turn on the heater. The second room had a TV that didn’t work so I had no service for over 12 hours. Finally, the third room had everything I needed. However, no one should have to switch rooms three times in a two night stay. Are usually stay here 2 to 3 times a year. May have to reconsider going forward.

Work on the Wi-Fi, the connection was so weak only one bar, I couldn’t get work done for days unless I was by the window in the lobby.

I am only giving a 3 star because my room smelt like weed but its a non smoking room. And the water never got hot when we took a shower. I called downstairs and they said they would fix it but in the morning no hot water.

The hotel was excellent as our room was spacious and in great condition. I truly liked the walk-in shower. Our visit included a free breakfast and I was able to do a brief workout. Finally, convenient to shopping and restaurants.

This place never disappoints! Love how the bedroom suite is separate from the common area and the bedroom it’s self!

Due to storm this was the only available I came here because reviews were great but when I got there I had to horrible customer service they kept trying to charge my card after room had been paid I got it resolved they were in the wrong but the lady who kept calling was very unprofessional

I have already paid my bills and they have been harassing me sending me emails still trying to charge my account I have spoke to Expedia they reach out and cleared it up and I got a email from them saying it was cleared and now again I’m getting emails again

The walk-in shower was amazing! Loved having the mini kitchen to keep food cold and warm it up when needed. Double king beds made for a comfortable rest. My girls loved the pool!

Had issues with the toilet, kept flooding the floor, the insides to the toilet had a hose that kept coming out which led to water going everywhere everytime u flushed. Told the front desk they didn’t do anything about went back next day reported again still nothing.

I traveled from Detroit Michigan For the weekend and had the pleasure of staying at this property. I actually Felt at home. The Staff were Friendly & accommodating. I room had all the confort of home.And the Rates were very reasonable.

This was a hands down exceptional place to stay. Friendly, clean, reasonable priced and quiet atmosphere. I would recommend all to stay here we all loved it.

I loved everything about this place! Will book again every time I’m in Baytown. The room was perfect and my sister and I slept like babies lol. Room was clean to perfection. Bathroom had beautiful shower and we had a choice which floor we preferred. Breakfast was delicious!

Bed needs a new mattress. Shower head was so restricted it took 10 minutes to get wet. Service was great, but I won’t stay there again because of the shower.

The staff checking in and the whole stay was very friendly. I felt like I was family. The room was clean and the a/c worked wonderfully. The shower was huge and the room was also. We did not use the kitchen, but loved the full size refrigerator. I will stay here again when I am in town. Thank you for treating us like family.

We did not receive any room cleaning service. There was a roach in the bathroom. I’ve stayed at the location several times and never had an issue.

Everything was clean. Linen and towels were available. Refrigerator microwave and small electric stove. All that we needed was in the room.

The property was very clean and had an overall modern and updated look. The bed was actually really comfortable and I liked how big and spacious the room was. Check in was also a breeze, it took less than five minutes when usually other places take longer.
