The floors were dirty enough to make the bottoms of my feet black. There was a space at the edge of the door which made me think someone had previously broken into the room. Seeing light in that gap was pretty unnerving when I was going to sleep.

Very clean and modern. Nice staff. There is a Dairy Queen and Mexican food that is walking distance. Waffle House is across the street. The hotel has breakfast.

Pro:Needed a quick stay for family after at late night at the ball fields. It was clean and cool. Con: Checkout at 11am but someone entered with a master key around 9:45 I’m assuming to try and start cleaning the room. Quickly shut the door but concerning.

The windows blind did not block the 24hr light from semi truck lot next door. Continental breakfast was less than minimum. Needs upkeep and care.

Upon checking in and getting to my room the bedspread had black footprints on it. I spent the night listening to the couple above fighting, just to wake up and having three police vehicles parked in front because of a crackhead coming in and making a scene yelling about where the meat was on the breakfast buffet. The premises are u safe and dirty. Would not recommend.

My trip was to Houston. I had three young children ages 8,9,12. And two adults ages 26 and 51. We arrive at the hotel and police were in the parking lot. The worker seemed tired but was friendly. Once in our room, found that the two beds were doubles not queens. Also on bed was missing a mattress. The front desk said the had no other rooms available. He did bring a roller bed to help but I had three kids. They could not all fit. I spoke with manager the next morning about a discount or refund. He said he would call but has not.

We chose this property because the original property was without power due to a storm. We were asking orbitz for help to find another place but they didn't help. Only offered to credit our card back. This was a property we found on your site and although they were under remodel. They were very accommodating to us. We appreciate the staff and were right off the highway. near restaurants and gas stations. Also close to shopping.

Check in was taken care of in 2 minutes flat. Room was a pleasant surprise especially for the price. Comfortable bed, in room coffee, microwave and a refrigerator. Good option especially if you need to stay for several days.

Decent place for a quick stop to rest for the night. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but the room was in good order and clean.

It was Ok free breakfast well I’ve seen better No butter or PB toast.Cable was poor the remote even with new batteries didn’t work great . I had my own fire stick so that helped.I guess for road workers working from home it would work

The huge frige to big for room made knocking nosie at night. The bed and pillows were the best part mattress soft pillows thick heavy soft were the best highlight of this hotel

This is a perfect spot for a trucker driver who wants to relax in a quiet and safe area. There's a truckstop right next door. Park your truck and trailer, and get you a very good night rest.

Management was good. House keeping was great. It was a great place to stay for the week. I will stay here again. No complaints.

As long as you don't go into this property expecting a five-star resort, I think you'll be pleasantly pleased. We had to book this hotel as a last resort, but it ended up being surprisingly nice. Very clean rooms, fairly updated, and everything worked. If I was in the area, I would stay here again. Simple, clean, great staff.

The person at the front desk was nice and put me in a different room without hesitation. The refrigerator was leaking and there was so much moisture in the room until everything was damp. There were gaps on the doors. Cereal and store bought cinnamon rolls do not constitute as continental breakfast. My stay was just a bad experience.

The toilet constantly runs and the floor is broke going into the bathroom so if you don’t step over it makes a clanking sound but the beds are comfy and everything else is good

The website stated they had a pool, got there and was told the pool wasnt there any longer. We got to our room turned the AC on, waited 20 mins and it still wasn't cooling. The front lobby was hot also.

There was water seeping from between the floor tiles like it had been flooded. Everything was damp and the floor stayed wet the entire time we were there. There were loose floor tiles going into the bathroom that pinched my grandson's foot when he stepped on it. Will not stay there again.

The breakfast was horrible. There was some frozen waffles some package cinnamon rolls cereal and that was it. There’s not a continental breakfast or a breakfast to go. The first one we stayed in the TV did not work but they graciously gave us a different room. The staff was amazing

Great hospitality by the front desk host. Stayed for TX2K event weekend and it was really close to the race track.

Great service, promt attention, very friendly personnel, room hada kitchenette, fridge and microwave, great bedding and an awesome TV, just perfect, highly recomended

When i got there i got into my room.. and it was dirty still. So went back to the office got another room. The door hardly shut and it stunk.

I am a non-smoker and have never chose a smoking room. Somehow this hotel defaults to this option. I explained to the proprietor that I could not deal with the smell but she did nothing whatsoever to help. In fact she had a shirt on stating that she did not care about your problems. When I reached the room I found the smell was as expected and the carpet and furniture were stained and sticky from dirt and oil from years of local refinery workers. I had to repair the toilet which would not flush. The bed was comfortable and refrigerator was full sized though the top had a years worth of dust. The breakfast is cold cereal and spotted bananas, maybe a yogurt if you get there early. Homeless people on drugs knocked on the door one night.... The price was good but I would have much rather stayed elsewhere and paid a little more. Never again

Had to check out right away due to an emergency. They said I never checked out when I clearly did. And charged me for the night. I'm still waiting for my refund on the second night. The staff was terrible.

Asked for non-smoking room. Got smoking room...smoke detector ripped from ceiling. Dirty sheets and covers with burns. Very smelly. Roaches in the bathroom. People loitering outside smoking and casing vehicles.There was a guy rebuilding a transmission for his pickup next to us in parking lot. Stuck having to pay for night because we accepted the "key" and had entered room. Left room un-occupied to find another place.

The room was smelling badly. The sink in the room was leaking so water poured on to the carpet if you turn on the tap, so the carpet in the room was smelling badly. I could barely sleep.

Staff is extremely rude and incompetent. Hotel is definitely overpriced for what it offers. Room reek and wifi is a joke.

The owner who checked us in was very rude. I booked through hotel.com non smoking with a dog. He told me that I had to have a smoking room with an animal. I told him absolutely not because I had a baby with me. He told me hotels.com don't know the rules. Then he got mad because we had a budget rent a truck with a tow dolly and he said we should of paid for 2 rooms. He was a jerk. I will never stay there nor do I recommend that place. We ended up getting a non smoking room. But he was a jerk.

I was leery about getting it from a discount site and figured it would be there worst room but i was presently surprised. it was clean the fridge was huge compared to normal hotel fridges.i had no trouble checking in or out.the only thing was there was some construction going on out front or a building was torn down and the entrance to the hotel was on a side street.all in all it was great!

Our check in time was 2 theshowed up at one to see if we could check in early no so we came back at 2 and the room still was not ready finaly at 3:30 the room was ready so we went to the room and looked around and we found a used crack pipe in the room we tried to get our money back to go somewhere else and they just gave us a different room so we went to the new room and it was ok but smaller than the first room then we asked for extra pillows but they said no then we requested no house keeping and every day when we left the hotel the would come clean our room and they touched my tooth brush.... Then we tried to order pizza from the number on the room key and they are in another town they dont deliver to the hotel we were at. To top it all off our toilet Got clogged so i asked the front desk to have someone fix it and she said no and gave me a plunger so i could do it.... This was the worst experience i have ever had at a hotel i will never go back....

on my arrival, I was shock to see large commercial trucks and trailers park in front of hotel...noisy traffic in and around hotel, I could hear the hotel guest walking above my room.
