The refrigerator didn’t work it was rusty the microwave was molded the furniture was rusted

The check in person should not have kept my credit card and begun using it within two hours

The staff was so friendly, the room was great and very clean. Everything was perfect.

quiet pet friendly could be a little cleaner. The room smelled like humidity until you turned on the AC then it stopped, but that was an unpleasant welcome. Parking lot is very small.

Great to have a nice, clean, comfortable room off an interstate. This place is a cut above the rest in terms of expectations. A bit tricky to find but great place to stay!

I have no complains about my first stay everything was clean and pretty good for the price. I’ll forsure be coming back some other time. I didnt see bugs or rats/mold or cracks in my room even around the outside area.

Location was great & staff was nice and accommodating. The baseboards in bathroom were filthy & the wall in the shower was pulling away from the outer wall. Also, there was some kind of grime on the wall of the shower. And we had to call for a tv remote. Ohn& they need a sign near the road to show where they are.

The room was great, clean and big with nice high ceiling. The only thing was the lighting which were all recessed in the ceiling and quite bright with no table lights for reading or relaxing. All the light switches were on the walls and not reachable from the beds.

Room was flooding and all they put a bucket that we had to empty out in room. Went to talk to them about it and offered us a bigger bucket. We took our belongings out of the room until they could give us another room. They refuse a discount & said that we never complained about it. I have videos and pics for proof. They ended up putting us in a different room that wasn’t clean. Don’t stay here.

Room was ok. Heavy smell of mildew. Exterior of the hotel needed some upkeep.

The room was terrible. Tiny roaches crawling arround the bathroom floor and everything was covered in hair. The pillows, sheets, floor, bathroom walls all full of hair. Even the sink when i went to brush my teeth had hair coming out of the drain since it was clogged solid. Does this place rent rooms to warewolves? That was insane.

The price is really great. The rooms are clean for the most part. My only thing is that the walls and doors could use a little wipe down. The bathroom was very clean and modern. There is also poor air circulation so it felt a little lamp which makes me worry about mold. We turned the tv on and it was really loud and we couldn’t get it to turn off with the remote but whatever. The room also had a slight urine smell but it could be the vents. These things don’t make the stay here horrible but it could be just a tad more clean and comfy. We are just here for the night so it’s not a huge deal. I love that there are plenty of dining options, stores and gas stations. It’s also pet friendly and the grass is well maintained

It was a motel style building and a little noisy as most people like us was in the area for construction work. The room was non-smoking but the room was still smoky and bothered my bronchitis bad.

Perfekt Distance to Mont Belvue. The Cleanliness leaves room for improvement in the corners of the bathroom.

I respect it was pet friendly but the room had a bad pet urine smell, the blankets had red stains on them, the sink was dirty, shower was dirty. Found 2 condom wrappers under the bed. TV turned on but none of the channels would come on.

I enjoyed my state it was so clean the manager was so nice everything about my stay was just perfect I really enjoyed myself.

The man at the desk in the office came and fixed the hole in the bathroom ceiling very soon after I told him I could not use a bathroom with a hole in the ceiling. Paid for a room with a coffee pot service and extra table on the first floor. They did not tell me the rooms on the first floor didn't have the extras until after I checked in the room and went back to the office to show them pictures of the ceiling falling down in the bathroom and the damage to the walls from a previous dog. The bed linen was stained and the covers had burn holes in a nonsmoking room. The towels and sink had black hair and there was a silverfish in the bath mat. There was an iron but no ironing board. The paint was coming off the bed frame and night stands.

Entrance is hard to find and check in went good. I think everyone in the rooms had dogs and the dogs next door barked all night long! Called front desk to get fresh towels to shower with at 8pm and was told by the rude guy working the night shift that we would have to wait until housekeeping got there at 9:30am to receive clean towels FYI. That is insane they don't have access to give guests clean towels unless housekeeping is there. Paid extra for a "superior" room and there is no difference! Almost $170 for 2 nights here and won't do that again.

One of the best motels when driving east or west on Interstate 10. Recommended.

In room 105, the hair dryer does not work, or I could not get it to work (luckily I had my own), and there was no tap for the bathtub. Apart from that, all fine, so I still give 5 stars.

We came in late, and just needed a basic place to sleep. I am pretty picky about where I stay, but this affordable clean place was great!

Moldy mattress and bathrooms , Do not stay here ! The end of our stay we noticed there was mold on the mattress!! We should have checked because it was also in the restroom ceiling .

The rooms are very spacious, it's quite and the parking lot is lit up at night which is nice to keep your eye on your vehicle. Also its a great price compared to other places around town. One of the cheaper options you have and its just as nice as the expensive ones. Only thing i wish is that the shower head was updated, to matched the updated rooms.

It was a nice stay until the people in other rooms started smoking pot (weed) an we told the front office an there was nothing done..we stayed 4 days an it was an everyday thing..another thing the other people in the other rooms had big pit bulldogs an were not on a leash an they were big dogs

The room was surprisingly clean and updated. Evelyn’s staying there seemed to be there for work, no one hanging around outside late or anything of that nature. The bed was comfortable enough and I was able to rest while I was there. They have someone at the desk 24-7, and the location is close to anything you need.

Bed was comfy but the pillows were hard. I had to fix the TV. No coffee maker and very few towels. Overall, I would stay here if it was my next to last option.

Plenty of food options. Hotel was updated. I didn't like that the floor wasn't properly cleaned. Mold around the tub and on ceiling wall above shower. Mirrors were also dirty.

The location is perfect and the room was very clean. I did find hair on the toilet, but the rest of the room and bed were spotless. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Staff was very rude texted me pictures of all of the damage items in the room as well as the wall in the chair. Overall bad experience never again when I come here. The manager stated he would give me a refund.. since I am unsatisfied, I wanna stay there before I have pictures that I can provide

Pet friendly. My room door could be pushed open if dead bolt wasn't latched! The owner said all of the doors had that issue.

Clean basic motel. Service poor. Room serviced only once in 5 days. No breakfast, no coffee in room. Good location.

I believe this is the best budget hotel I’ve have stayed this year. It’s almost new. Built in 2020, therefor you will find everything clean and working. Management personnel were very kind and caring. We had an issue parking with our trailer (parking lot is small), and they helped us offering solutions. They are pet friendly. They don’t have breakfast but they do have coffee and juices in the morning. Great hotel for its purpose: a good night sleep when you are traveling ling distances.

I normally do not stay at Red Roof Inns. But this one extremely clean inside and out. The staff was A Along with the price. Would stay again

New hotel, everything is new. If I do have one thing to express is the lack of an entrance sign, as the hotel is located behind several businesses and there is only one unlabeled driveway access to the Red Roof.

Great property and updated rooms. Coffee and juice offered in the mornings, make sure to not miss your turn entering the property, originally we found it difficult to navigate.

Clean, comfortable, affordable, and the perfect location for our visit. If you're looking for something special this isn't your place. But if you're looking for a comfortable bed, a clean quiet room, and a good night's rest for an affordable price this is it. Honestly, the only negative thing i can say is water pressure was a little low.

It was very clean. No amenities. They had a stovetop and kitchenette but no pots, pans an other kitchen utensils to use.

Clean room, no signs of bugs or roaches, clean sheets and pillow.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. No frills hotel that doesn't have a pool or included breakfast, but is a perfect stop if you are on a road trip and need a pet friendly hotel to stay at. Be advised though that the bed is not flush against the wall and your pet can get behind the bed.

I needed a vehicle quickly and at the last minute. Every where I called was out of rentals. But the staff at Enterprise worked hard to find me a vehicle and I was very impressed when they drove up in a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

We had to kill a snake outside our room one of the housekeepers helped us, she was very sweet! Other than that it was very nice!

Two floors no elevator. We had kitchenette but there was no sofa and only one remote for two tv’s. Remote in bedroom would not work when pointed cat tv but did work when pointed away at window. Go figure! Place was immaculate.

newly refurbished but cleanliness is horrible. blood on the wall, bathroom still dirty, not making this up but literally saw a flea jump on me. If I wasn’t so tired on the road I would’ve just kept driving & not stay at this hotel.

Everything was nice. I very much enjoyed my stay. Only thing I would say needs fixing is a clear marking for the entrance to the hotel. It's hard to figure out where you go in.

Our room was clean and nice. Comfortable beds. The parking lot needed to be a little bigger, and the hotel needed a bigger sign at the road. I passed by the hotel when we first came into town. I will probably stay here again if I am back in this area.

Floors were very dirty white socks were black after walking 10ft The worst was the bed Had no box spring and the mattress was had no springs so where you seat or lay you sunk into a bowl Could not sleep and left a 230am to go were i could get so sleep

Bad service around completely.... Stay here alot and all of a sudden got charged 100 deposit bc they smelt cigaretes on me when i walked in. Still didnt get it back 2 days later. Reserved kitchen room tried to charge me 45 for bad pans that they didnt even have. Very rude people... On top of that they didnt even have bibles in their rooms
