The staff was great. The Concierge’s were terrific gave incredible recommendations. The place was clean. The cleaning staff followed directions well. The location was terrific quiet but very convenient to shopping restaurants, etc..

Nothing I got a room that wasn't clean yet; then we they gave me a new room; in the shower there was a small towel of the person before me. Tissue box was empty; soup tool was broken; gym was small and smelly- and without windows. Far from 5 star hotel quality; horrible value for money.

The location is very close to Casa Battlo and Casa Pedrera. The room was a bit small, but nice and clean. Good breakfast, I would recommend this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s located just one block from Gràcia Street, in a great, convenient area. The hotel is super clean, the staff are very kind and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. Breakfast is à la carte, but they serve everything to you at the table. It starts with a lovely basket of fresh pastries and a detox juice, which is a very nice touch. The only downside was that the pillows were not very comfortable.
