The staff was outstanding

It was clean and has an aesthetic design. The room was comfortable and good to stay in. For the price, there are no basic amenities like coffee tea, bottles of water or box of tissue. There are no Netflix access either, previous properties we’ve stayed in gave us this option as most of the channels are in Spanish. For tourists, the location is far from center of city, so it takes 30-40 mins by bus or metro to visit the tourist sites. There is a nearby bus stop but the metro stop is about 10-15 mins walk. We also need to walk to the nearby town area to find food.

From the moment i arrived the level of service provided by the staff was the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. The staff were like old friends and really made me feel welcome and were very helpful. A special mention of Aby, and two other guys who made my visit very memorable. The excellent reviews are really accurate. The location was also excellent in the Beverly Hills of Barcelona, quiet and felt very safe. The restaurant nextdoorwas also of very high standard and getting to the centre was easy by taxi or metro.

Excellent location. I went to see the tennis and the hotel is so near the tournament - a 5 mins walk - so was able to come back to the hotel if I wished. Hotel room very comfortable and spacious. Staff so nice and friendly and helpful. I ordered a taxi for the evening I was leaving and was there on time at the hotel - thank you Irwin for looking after me. Nothing.

I had a perfect stay at The Sansi Pedralbes Hotel. I particularly loved my peaceful room and the staff specifically Erwin, Abby and Javier who made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay a memorable experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

From the moment my mum and I arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. We were offered a glass of water and white wine while enjoying a lovely chat with the concierge, who informed us that our room had been upgraded free of charge. I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first and wasn’t sure if everything would live up to the promises—but the staff exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly professional, attentive to our every need, and made our stay completely relaxing and worry-free. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had a modern yet cozy feel, with a super comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and reliable, fast Wi-Fi—it was easy to relax and even get a bit of work done when needed. Breakfast was tasty, though it lacked variety and felt slightly overpriced. That said, the location more than made up for it—set in a quiet neighborhood with relatively easy access to the city center, walking distance shopping centres and excellent transport links. We were also recommended a nearby restaurant, Chandigarh Café, which did not disappoint and is a spot I’d highly recommend to other guests. I'm visiting Barcelona again this summer, and there’s no doubt in my mind where I’ll be staying? P.S. I was too busy enjoying my stay to take too many pictures

The welcome from staff was excellent. My arrival was handled swiftly and expertly. There was no kettle in the room or coffee making facilities.
