All was great

Location was quiet and well connected. I was there to see residences for my son who was going to study in Barcelona and the place was perfect Everything was ok
-
The staff went out of its way to make our visit comfortable The prices in the hotel restaurant were quite high. The food was not a good value. For example, two cheese burgers, not cooked to order, With cola, 58 euros.

there was a strange smell of chlorine in corridors and strange smell inside room that looked like sulfur or smth and even ventilaltng room did not have any effect so I guess it is a common thing. there was an issue with a remote control and staff once replaced it by coming into a room even though there was a do not disturb sign, however, earlier it was agreed with administrator that I will take it by myself.

The AC of my room didn’t work despite my report
-
The comfy room, the staff with special mention to the cleaning staff, the walkable areas around the hotel, the views to Tibidabo from the room, and the restaurant. N/A

Forgot to clean room once and toilet at restaurant had no loo paper and no reserve Mattress was not good standard, same for plastic bedsheets

Good location. Close to grocery store and medical centers. Bed was a little too hard.

My experience was somewhat marred by the proximity of the playground and pool, which regrettably resulted in noise and potential disruptions. This, unfortunately, detracted from the comfort and relaxation I had hoped for. I suspect that if the hotel had not been fully booked, the situation might have been addressed more effectively.

Small hotel with not many guests. It is vey clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is located not in a city center, so there are mainly local residences around. There was a pool in front of my room, whereas it was loudly until 1 a.m. Mattresses were not really comfortable.

The location was in a quieter neighborhood. There was a grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance as well as a few restaurants. Public transportation to downtown is pretty close as well (15 mins walking) Nothing comes to mind

The bedroom was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The best of our stay was the staff, two young women extremely nice and helpful, they both showed a genuine interest for helping us and they exceeded our expectations. I do not have anything bad to say about this place

Clean, modern room, with a nice balcony. The area is quiet and residential, close to several universities.

Location was convenient, beds comfortable and clean rooms. The receptionist Justina / Justyna is one of the most dangerously obstructive, unhelpful individuals I have ever encountered in any hospitality setting. I emailed the manager to raise a formal complaint I was traveling with my elderly relative , who has a cardiac condition. Our experience has been distressing and deeply disappointing, primarily due to the conduct of a staff member named Justyna at reception. From the outset, we were met with hostility and obstruction. Upon check-in, Justina argued for over ten minutes before reluctantly providing two small bottles of water—a basic courtesy that should be standard in a four-star hotel. During heavy rain and thunder, we began experiencing concerning symptoms. We informed Justina of the medical emergency and our urgent need to reach a nearby pharmacy. Instead of assisting us, she flatly stated that there was "no way to get a taxi when it’s raining." My mother, who was also unwell and dizzy, asked for a glass of water, but Justina refused and told her to go purchase one from the bar. She made no effort to offer support or even an umbrella. When we asked again for help securing transport, she dismissively said it would take forty minutes and suggested other guests had priority. Left with no choice, we walked through pouring rain and thunder to find a taxi ourselves—completely unsupported, despite the medical urgency. I’ve also been significantly overcharged with the hotel trying to charge me a 97 euro deposit on departure thinking I would t notice. I’m now having to instigate the legal team at my bank for these unauthorised overcharges. This place is like a 2 star Eastern European hostel. Avoid if you have another other option.
