na I never received a confirmation for this hotel. I wrote them and they did not answer. We stayed somewhere else. I would like a refund.

The wireless network is particularly bad. You have to stick your phone out of the window to get a signal.

- Ideal location - Hard bed matresses good for the back. - Personnel - the only 2 persons I've seen in 3 days have been very kind to me. - The bathroom door is made of glass and it's free moving, cannot be closed, with enough space around it to stick your fingers. Sounds, smells, and silhouettes are sensed directly from the room. Zero intimacy. - There's a check-in machine that's annoying, no humans involved. And why should I do the formalities myself at this price per room?! It's a rip off! - No minibar. - The beds were twin, not a double bed. They'll say it's about availability, but it still sucks and it's their responsibility. - A crazy amount of pillows on the beds that you need to deposit somewhere and there aren't many options. - Low pressure water in the shower, also hard to set the temperature. - Didn't have breakfast but it's served in the basement, which can't be a belssing. - Basically the location is the only reason you could choose this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, and the staff were very helpful. Initially, I was concerned after reading an earlier review about someone losing their bag in the lobby, but I found the hotel to be very secure. They have a special locker area, and there is always a receptionist present. there is Vietnamese restaurant nearby. No Comments

Location for exploring is fantastic, with a supermarket and restaurants extremely close. Room has a fridge & there are complimentary toiletries. Negative, no facility for hot drink in the room. Be careful with lift, shut on me as soon as it had opened and almost knocked me off me off my feet, bruising my entire arm.

The room/ bathroom hasn’t hangers, the door room makes loud noises when it closes . So he can hear the next room open and closing doors. There was no security and nobody to complain about the other’s guests disturbing noise. The price paid for the stay is pricey compared with others
