The location was excellent and made it very easy to get around the city. I also really appreciated that the hotel accommodated my early check-in request. I had informed them through Booking.com that I would be arriving earlier than the standard check-in time, and my room was ready when I arrived, so I did not have to wait at all. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a hairdryer and other essential amenities. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I only stayed for one day and one night, but everything went smoothly, and I had a pleasant experience overall. The main disappointment was that there was no complimentary drinking water in the room. I believe this is a basic amenity that guests expect, and its absence was noticeable. I was also not particularly happy with the view from the window. Instead of facing the street or a more pleasant area, the window overlooked an inner courtyard, which looked somewhat neglected and untidy. This was only a minor issue, but it did affect the overall impression of the room.

Location and great breakfast. New and modern. Most staff are helpful and friendly. One staff member was not very welcoming or friendly.

Staff is really nice, Lobby smells very good The location seems convenient; however, in the park next to the hotel, there is lots of crime and people bothering others after sundown.

Just around the corner there is a small open area with a playground. It's a rather dodgy area at night apparently, with drug dealing, some reported muggings, etc. Hotel should've warned us on checkin really. I suspect that this may be why the hotel is only for adults. I think that as long as you avoid that space you don't need to worry about it though.

Absolutely everything! It was amazing. We arrived early and they let us check in to our room early as it was ready. It also smelt amazing! Great location, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Lots of restaurants nearby too. The staff were really friendly. Nothing!

The staff members were extremely polite. The room was clean and fresh. The shower pressure was really good. Loved the fact that the rooms have music system installed. Most important great location.
