Hotel Well and Come Barcelona

Property was clean and well taken care of! Room was spacious, had a beautiful view. The hotel is in a perfect location, steps away from cafes, restaurants and shopping. Metro is very close by so you can easily take that if you don’t want to walk. Staff was friendly, kind and helped us with any questions or needs we had. Rooftop Pool was nice and great to cool off in, plus there’s a bar with great cocktails. Complementary mini fridge stocked with sodas, chips and water. Loved that they served you champagne when you check in. The one tiny thing was that when I wanted to get a coffee at the caffe in the hotel it was closed. It’s not open all day.

The staff are incredibly nice. Possibly the nicest people in Barcelona. I felt it was over priced.

Convenient location with lots of cafes nearby

Great location, friendly front desk, clean room, great breakfast, and a nice gym and lobby. Whether you're staying a few days or just passing by like me, it's one of the best properties in Barcelona, which I'll definitely be coming back to.

Excellent location in a very nice, central location in wonderful Barcelona. The hotel concierges arranged our restaurant reservations and tour attraction tickets.Their recommendations were spot on. They were also very warm and kind hosts! We had breakfast during a very busy time and the breakfast was great, but the coffee machine had a very long line! Another machine or a “roving” coffee pot might be a good addition.

Well-located and charming boutique hotel. The thoughtful touches throughout our stay; the bottle of cava delivered in our room without us asking for it, having our room ready early, the candies in the lobby, the flavoured water, etc. They really made a difference and made us feel welcomed from the start. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and more spacious than we had expected. The weather was great during our stay, although still a little too cool for us to fully enjoy the pool. We did visit the rooftop, though, and can definitely imagine how lovely it must be during warmer days. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Well and Come Barcelona and would happily recommend it! Nothing really

I think this may just be an American thing, but the king size bed was two twins put together which sometimes could be inconvenient for a couple.

The location was perfect for our needs.

Great location-walking distance to everything you could need. Very friendly staff. We received a welcome plate with delicious cake. We had a rental car (not a great idea in downtown Barcelona) but the was a parking garage on the same block. A delicious breakfast was included with a large selection of meats cheeses fruit , pastries and hot dishes. Bed was very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Clean and super nice employees

We selected this hotel mainly for its location and it did not disappoint. It was close to the main things we wanted to see and do in Barcelona The bathroom design (small walk-in shower next to the toilet) meant that after a shower the entire floor was wet around the toilet - kind of annoying but not a deal-breaker.

Location is in walking distance to all types of public transportation. Arrived early, staff allowed us to store luggage and begin enjoying our visit in Spain. Convenient location will all types of foods near by.

Hotel was very near lots of attractions. Very nice neighborhood Property managers were so helpful and actually repaired one of our luggage pulls that had broken while traveling. We were so very thankful

Location, infrastructure, cleanliness, bed confort, but the staff was the best! From reception (the 3 people we had the pleasure to interact with), through breakfast. Liked the free snacks and sweets too. They helped us to have 2 rooms one next to the other, one king and the other 2 singles for a family of 4. We were really confortable. Also they helped us with a late check out. The breakfast was very good quality, typical Spanish options that we loved, plus the standard options. I will definitely stay again in this hotel. Nothing, everything was excellent.

Great location, in a very nice neighborhood, walking distance to most attractions, metro station is just one block away. Room is clean. Rooftop pool and bar area is a plus.
