Our room smelled moldy, the shower leaked into the toilet and bathroom area, there were no USB plug ins, the front desk people were uninformed about local things to go see.

Hotel Royal Passeig de Gracia is an outstanding hotel. Prime location, beautiful facilities, wonderful breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. O highly recommend this hotel. It made my stay in Barcelona even better.

Bed and pillow in excellent condition, very clean sheets and towels and the receptionists are very helpful.

Amazing location, good staff. But the all experience is not the best. Smells bad everywhere- room, corridor, restaurant.. bathroom - seems has no ventilations, so smell of all hotel is in the room. Aircondition system will be to loud to make you sleep and rest. And water what they give you smells terrible. Not clean, breakfast - not so good and bad small in the restaurant

took a comfort room and it was SO noisy until late night given the rooftop, even with room being on the 3rd floor. Couldn't sleep until they put that down, which was basically around midnight every night, heard that on weekends it's even worse timing. Also, that toilet paper is not of a 4 stars hotel ?
