While it wasn't unclean, the old worn out furniture and fixtures did give it a kind of an unsanitary look. A renovation is long overdue.

Location is amazing. Cute, vintage property. Pillows old and needed replaced. Limited shelves in bathroom. No shelves in shower. Safe in room broken and not functional. TV is 19”. Super tiny.
-
No dresser, no real closet, no heat or cooling control. Elevator broke down for 1 day.

Great location and value The bed was a little too firm.

Pretty basic hotel in a great location. Rooms were small. Shampoo and body wash were in single containers that I had to bite open (got a mouthful of shampoo once). No coffeemaker or kettle. Bed small, but comfortable. Pillows were horrible and worn out (too flat, but if you folded it over it was too thick). Woke up at midnight to door slamming and screaming the last night, ruined sleep before having to get up for airport. When we checked out (4:45), the clerk ask a woman walking in where she was going. By the way she was dressed, she was probably there for business. Pillows, no coffeemaker, noise

location is good very close to the rambla. the staff is nice very expensive compare to the qualify, quality price ration is very high The room was cold and there was not enough blanket isolation is not good so we hear the noise in the street

The hotel is very central, it had a nice balcony view, the staff is 24h and they were very nice. Some of the paint in my room was chipped.. The leather chair was broken, it was kinda hidden in an alley so kinda hard to find.

The location was fantastic, right in the gothic quarter just a block from Las Rambles. The room was large and we had a small private patio with a table and chairs which I wasn’t expecting. There was a safe that you need a key for (not sure if there is charge for that as we didn’t check). There is also a small fridge. We had room 107, I don’t think all of the rooms have the little patio. There were two beds and a small desk as well. I thought the hotel was fine and nothing that I can think of to be changed. We could here the people above us, but think the person was just a heavy walker as we didn’t hear our next door neighbors .

The location and friendlessness of the staff was excellent. I especially enjoyed talking with John! The hotel had a 12 noon check-out that was convenient. It is a small cozy hotel that has clean rooms, comfy beds, a hot shower with good water flow, and cold air conditioning. Restaurants, cafes and bakeries are steps nearby and also it’s just a two minute walk from the Metro. I had a small frig/chiller in my room that was a welcomed surprise. Some rooms are on the small side, so it's important to look at the details of what you are selecting. Can't wait to visit Barcelona again and book this hotel!!
