The neatness The rooms dont have complimentary drinkable water, I had to go outside to go and buy. Hotel of this standard should give that atleast. I paid for breakfast and I had to checkout earlier than the time the break fast will start, I asked if mine could be pack and send to my room or take away. They said no and no refund. Hotel of that class go extra mile to ensure customers satisfaction, I paid for it, it's not complimentary. So I didn't get the value for the money I paid.

Location is very central. Clean rooms very small rooms, construction noise during daytime, breakfast area opens at 8:30 am only (very strange), restaurant manager not flexible nor friendly

The location of the property is amazing, the entrance of the hotel is nicely designed and the room as well. I found it quiet and very comfortable sleeping. Definitely will book again

Very close to the ramblas but no proper air conditioning in main areas of the hotel- air coniditiong in the room was turned off by cleaning staff during the day and staff were abrupt and blamed us Good location - nice to look at. No real air conditioning and abrupt staff

Great location in Las Ramblas, reception staff Daniel very friendly and helpful. Hotel is undergoing a refurb we were in a refurbished room which was beautiful with a great bathroom. Breakfast was exceptional best eggs Benedict I have ever had. Nothing

The location and facilities were good The bathroom had an awful smell most likely coming from the waste. Also, the pull out bed seemed to have some insect which bit my wife and kid

Please be informed that due to air conditioner problem in our hotel room it was disaster there during this hot summer period. While I m opening street due to noisy street I cant sleep totally which made me so nervous during this trip. I m so disappointed with this hotel. On the day of check out I complained about the situation to the Head Representative ( Mr. Tony) he promised that I would reclaim my amount through booking and they payback it into my account. Please support me on this. Facility problem
