The property was clean and had exceptional staff. It was very central to every where we wanted to go. The only complaint was lack of coffee/tea making facilities in our room.

The location in Barcelona was excellent, just step out the door and round the corner and you are amongst all the cafes restaurants bars and a very large beautiful department store. Very close to the La Rambla. It was quiet at night and the staff were very friendly and willing to help. The buffet breakfast was excellent as well.

Location excellent to explore Gothic section. Staff friendly and very helpful. Included breakfast had a good variety of choices. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean Our air conditioner was a little noisy for sleeping. It was not functioning properly.

Location was excellent. Zak was unbelievable. He really took care of all our extra requests from taxi arrangements to directions. He is a wonderful employee. Street noise was a little loud at night. Room needed more electrical outlets.

This is an excellent hotel in an excellent location. Two metro stations are close by...a two minute walk to one and eight to the other. We got a twin room and asked for a terrace which we paid an addition 16 euros per day. It was well worth it!!! We had a view of the city with La Sagrada Familia in the distance. Ask for the terrace during booking. The location is a five minute walk to the Palace of Catalan Music (a must see) and a 10 minute walk to the Barcelona Cathedral (another do not miss). The Kissing Wall is close by as well as Pont Bisbe. The hotel is very clean, room spacious for European standards, and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide selection of everything except a waffle maker (and who needs that). Cold meats and cheeses, yogurt, hot scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage were available...plenty of rolls and bread. We didn't use the hotel terrace with pool, but it was spacious and had it's own bar. I highly recommend this hotel. Not a thing...
