Location and cleanliness plus the helpful and polite staff Lifts were a bit tight and some rooms had split levels which cut down on room space and made it difficult for luggage and older people.

The place was located close to a well stocked supermarket, and many restaurants, pharmacies and laundry services, shops and famous sights, and not far from metro. One elevator was not in service throughout our stay which made it difficult when checking out with luggage. The stairs and slopes also made it a bit challenging as my wife had a bad knee. But Bryan at the reception was exceptional in helping us change room and gave us tips that helped in our trip planning.

Exceptional staff, so helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Really appreciated the free water and chocolates on the bed. Would have liked more coffee pods and tea options

The staff was very helpful and nice!. The people at the front desk and the people at the restaurant were super sweet! The only thing i didn’t like was that they are listed as to be a hotel with a gym and the gym was just 5 sets of dumbbells up to 5kilos and 2 bicycles.
