Location I changed my reservation to one a 1 day earlier check out. I had made my reservation my 1 month earlier. Because of the change they rebooked and charges me a higher rate of 300 dollars a night without notice. I think that is unacceptable. The staff at the reception could no explain the change in rate. Please help.

Location, guys at the reception, area The water in the bathroom did not drain, the water was up to the knees, neither hygienic nor fun. The drain was full of hair, the cleaners did not see the price when they cleaned the bathroom, they did see it, but it did not load. After that, we did not take a shower, our heads were bent over when we washed. When we opened the window, the noise was inhuman all day and night

I liked the location of the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. I was not satisfied with the smell (specific to the entire hotel) and I could feel my neighbours smoking in their rooms.

The water pressure was great in the shower room. Had enough towels and water for 2 guests. The room was clean. The reservation page never said anything about having 4 beds in the room. So lots of space but occupied with beds and so making a reservation to enjoy the space with my son so he can move around was impossible as there were bed corners everywhere making it slightly dangerous. So lots of space that could not be used to run around. If I had know there were 4 beds would have chosen a different room or different hotel.
