Access is easy. Location to all public transportation methods are great.

I don’t think floors were cleaned properly. We had our feet / white socks turn black in a short space of time when walking on the floors.

Clean, secure and good location Shower was small and high step out. Needs hand rail.

Very clean and was centrally located. Enjoyed the outdoor patio.

Spacious, clean rooms and bathrooms, well stocked kitched and everything working. Easy access to the apartment and publlic transport options. Both beds were single beds joined together which kept moving so quite uncomfortable if you are a couple sharing a bed. Would advice owner to consider 1 double mattress and also stock up some basic salt and pepper / spices in the kitchen for families who need to fix early breakfast for children / toddlers.

Trash bins right in front of buildings, caused loud noise late night every night when garbage collection truck runs, just a small draw back, but not serious

The apartment was perfect for our one-week stay in Barcelona; we were a party of four and appreciated having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very spacious kitchen with a decent size refrigerator as well as a balcony. The apartment is centrally located right in the heart of everything…supermarkets, shops, restaurants, as well as taxis and public transportation. We were within walking distance of some major attractions such as the Museum of Art and the Commercial Center. Barcelona Sants, the main terminal for trains to every part of Spain was a few blocks away as well as stops for the hop on hop off bus. On our first weekend, there was a street festival in the area (The Festival of Saints), a special treat as there were lots of activities with artists, musicians and vendors with various kinds of food and other items. We had very good communication with the property manager and the check in process via keypad was rather straightforward. The apartment was clean and neighborhood was safe and quiet. We highly recommend this apartment and should our travels take us back to Barcelona, we would definitely consider staying there again. While we really loved the spacious kitchen, it would have been nice to have a larger cooking pot for pasta..

The apartment was so clean. Great location. The best was the supermarket crossed street. Highly recommend to friends and family. We love Barcelona!!!

Nice location, close to shops and transportation. The apartment has everything you need. Very clean. Building has an elevator so moving in and out was easy. Enjoyed having both a dish washer and clothes washer... even had a drying rack. The bedrooms are very tight with two twin beds. The shower stall in one bathroom was exceedingly small. No USB outlets anywhere in the apartment. The sliding doors to the balconies took some doing to get locked.

We enjoyed a spacious and very safe accommodation with a large terrace, located in a central yet quiet area. I particularly appreciated being near Plaza España, which features the excellent Macedonia vegetable market on the ground floor. The Spanish people were very polite and helpful, even though we only spoke English. Compared to other European countries, Spain was very clean, very safe, and with freely available washrooms(no need to pay money) throughout Barcelona city. The apartment was conveniently close to the metro and bus stations, including the AeroBus from the airport. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The building's entrances, hallways, and lift were all very clean and well-maintained. Inside, the environment was quiet and peaceful. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the kitchen was fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-equipped. I especially liked the two clean balconies. Both the air conditioning and heating worked perfectly, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Finally, I want to sincerely thank all the staff for allowing us to stay for five nights in such a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. N/A

If you go to the terrace and close the door behind you, you cannot open it anymore! ? Need to call the host. In my case a neighbor heard me, I opened the main door from my phone and he opened us! Be careful!

The apartment was clean and had what we needed for our stay in Barcelona. It was in a convenient location, and check-in went smoothly. Communication with the host was also good. A small addition like access to a rooftop area for relaxing or enjoying the sun would have made the place perfect. For the price, the amenities were basic. The second bathroom had a leak from behind the toilet, and the master bathroom had an awkwardly positioned toilet that was uncomfortable to use. The toilet paper provided was very low quality. The fridge temperature was unstable. It reached 9°C at one point, so our drinks weren’t cold. The kitchen also lacked a few essentials like a cheese slicer. We stayed for a full week and only received one towel per person, which was replaced just once. For longer stays, we expected better provision or access to additional towels.
