The location is convenient; the hotel is quite close to Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. The wifi works relatively well. The room was clean and my request to be away from the lift was followed. Thank you. The hotel prices in this city are extremely high for what is offered. The lobby design is quite strange: the lifts are located very close to the street. The area surrounding the hotel has many bars and it can get a bit crowded at night. However, thanks to being in a room far from the lift and blocked from the street, the outside action did not bother us.

The location was amazing close to Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas, 5min walking distance from metro. Despite the central location, the windows were blocking any noises. The staff was also friendly, helpful and they provided very detailed instructions for the sightseeing. The hotel didn’t have a fridge.

Very friendly staff, the room was very clean and the location was perfect. It was a five minute walk to La Rambla whilst the metro was a four minute walk in the opposite direction (Universitat). As soon as you walk out of the hotel, there are cafes and bars right by your doorstep. There is also an Aldi that is three minutes away which is very convenient if you want to buy water or snacks. A great safe area to stay and easy to commute to all the attractions you want to go to. Highly recommended.

Location was great. Didn’t provide the room requested when booking. We asked for a double bed and got twin bed. We asked the receptionist but told it was full and “it is like that” no apologies nor warning. We discover the room was different when I asked. He asked for our credit card very coldly… very bad attitude. Also bending doesn’t have duvet and the safe box didn’t work.

A fantastic find! The room had everything we needed for our stay located close to a little supermarket and a short walk to a beautiful beach with bars located on the front. Our host was so friendly and welcoming making the stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely book again when returning to the island Cant find fault other than we had to go home

Good location, a 24/7 reception, and English-speaking staff. The beds were comfortable, and the room had a fairly spacious bathroom as well as a nice terrace. The walls were too thin, and we could hear everything the neighbors were doing.
