Central and Basic Drassanes

The location is difficult to get to, I was lucky I was in a taxi.The machine they use for check-in didn't function for me, but the whole place felt disgusting. I texted and attempted to call and got no response. The instructions for using the machine were not sufficiently. I left the Hostel and pushed my 40 kg of luggage for blocks in order to find a taxi to take me to a hotel. The whole story was a nightmare.

Found this place last minute and it exceeded my expectations. Excellent location, great service and easy check in, phenomenal value. I would certainly book and stay again in the future. Everything was great for me.

Everything was cool, the only thing is they don’t have an elevator and I was on the 4th floor that was crazy haha but nothing bad overall everything great

Its location , very near to La rambla. & the metro station

The location is perfect if you're looking to stay just for a couple of days. You get the value for the money spent.

It is true to its name: Central and basic. It’s a prime location to explore Barcelona. You are right there where everything is happening. We mostly walked but the Metro station is super close. Lots of ethnic culinary to choose from. Despite being surrounded by night clubs, it was pleasantly quiet. Very comfortable bed. Easy check-in and check-out. Exceptionally clean. Would definitely pick it again for our next trip. The only complaint we have is that the shower is a bit annoying with having to push the water release button so many times or holding it down with one hand while washing up with the other (I understand the importance of saving water). A little longer period of running water would be a great improvement.

amazing property and facilities! The hotel manager was excellent, kind, and accommodating. The price is so reasonable and our room had a balcony, which was wonderful. will stay here next time we are in barcelona!

Great location right in the center, making it very easy to explore Barcelona. The room was clean, comfortable, and simple but had everything needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Excellent value for money. Nothing major. For a basic and central stay, it met my expectations very well.

I always heard water falling voice ,so I didn't like.

I didn't have my correct ID w me during check in and they really helped me a lot on the phone. Thanks for that. The room was spotless clean, with very comfortable beds and pillows and beautiful warm blankets. Very clean bathroom and facilities. A silent nice view from the room. I loved my room, it was also very large and there was sink + yellow soft lightning in it. Thanks to Ross and Ariel, they were always kind and helpful and welcoming during my stay whenever I need sth. Also Fatima and other blond cleaner that I didn't ask the name of were really kind and helpful when I need anything. Also the location is great, walking distance to anywhere central + just 3 mins to Maritime Museum the garden and the cafe of which is simply beautiful. The radiator of the central heater in the room didn't work. However, when I asked for an extra radiator w electricity Ross helped me w a new one right away. The second negative side is that although it's called hostel, there was no common kitchen nor fridge in the room. So.. you basically book the room only.

Bed had dents, was really uncomfortable and the hostel was really noisy at night

1. I like the distance from the downtown, tourism center, shoping and market. its just feels like a five steps from our room 2. I like the lady reception very kind and lovely, helpfull and good vibes 3. Clean bathroom and spacius, only outside separate from the room 1. Access to the up floor there is no elevator, very narrow stairs, its very difficult if you have big and multiple lugggage. 2. Self station check in, very chalenging, again when we just arrive with a lot of wahala and lugage, this is not the recomendation, no loby, and struggle with your luggges and belonging 3. The bed need replace, bed sheet are clean, blanket are clean, but the bed its need change, its flat in the middle, seems dirty inside, and i got skin ache after sleeping on the bed. I have to get cream medicine for it.
