Great location and easy access thanks to the elevator. What impressed me most was how well soundproofed the room was. I'm a very light sleeper, but I wasn't disturbed by any outside or inside noise and slept very well throughout my stay. My room needs some renovation

Great cafe next door that opens very early. Lovely staff! No screen in the window. I wanted to keep it open but bugs were flying in. Instead I closed the window and turned on the AC

The location. Upon our arrival, we were requested to make a 50 euros deposit. When we checked out, there was no staff at the reception, so we assumed the deposit would be automatically returned. However, after two days, I checked my account and found no sign of the deposit. I sent a message through WhatsApp to inquire about it, and they responded, stating that the deposit had been returned. Despite this confirmation, the money was still not deposited back after a month.

Great location, clean, easy to find Small room, windows are ancient and leak cold air a lot, almost no power outlets so charging phones, computer etc. is difficult

Within walking distance to multiple sightseeing places. Close to La Ramblas and cruise port. Easy check-in. Main door is hidden, I walked passed it 2 times before locating the entry door. Hallways are narrow. Soundproof is missing, so you will hear everyone in the hallway. City comes around 3.30-4am to empty trash cans, followed by street cleaners which causes a lot of noise. Bar downstairs sometimes gets rowdy and noisy. Only 2 electrical outlets available near the bed, 2 in the bathroom. Mini fridge is cool but placement is horrible. I would recommend this hotel to younger people and not for older people who are seeking romantic getaway. $350 for 2 nights in October was little too much for what the hotel had to offer. But high season could have something to do with the price.

The noise isolation? can be improved. I could hear when someone was walking on the floor or conversing in other rooms. The front entrance door is protruded and veryyyy hard to open and close and very loud! ?! For a heavy smoker like me it was quite uncomfortable and annoying to go down and out for smoke late at night

I didn't like the fact that there was a bar directly below the hotel and and lost 2 nights sleep. The windows were old with no insulation therefore you can hear everything and everyone from outside until 5 am. The entrance to property is appalling for the price and the flight of stairs with heavy luggage for elderly people can become quite difficult. At exactly 11:00 I didn't appreciate having my door knocked on to leave the room when I spent the last 2 nights awake until 5 in the morning. The room rate was not cheap and the property owners should invest in sound proof windows and a more appealing lobby.

The doorbell speaker was not clear when trying to checking.
