Friendly staff, room was very good with the coffee machine was great! Generous shower size and bath towels. We had a couple of faults in the room. The sprinkler cover fell out of the ceiling on our first night and was fixed as soon as we reported it. The smoke alarm had a continuous flashing red light which again was sorted as soon as we reported it even though it was a makeshift fix.

The breakfast was nice The location is awful. And the price for one night was ridiculous for the v sketchy location and the ‘superior’ room was on the 4th floor; extremely small and looked over prostitutes and drug dealers and a lot of homeless

Comfortable bed and nicely appointed room. Loved the rooftop 360 degree views of the city and drinks from the rooftop bar. The staff was very accommodating with answering our questions about transportation and local sights. The breakfast was outstanding! The location was convenient for walking to nearby sights during the day. But we were very cautious in some of the alley ways near the hospital located near the hotel.

Nice lobby decor, and decent Sunday brunch Luck of privacy in the rooms, bathroom is completely open even in twin rooms, stuff not polite and dont smile, swimming pool is a joke, its a size for toddlers, luck of view, luck of spa facilities
