Nothing specific all was good.

Location is good I booked a double room, the receptionist gave me a triple room in the basement, literally a window with a view on a wall in the basement that they call a terasse! The receptionist was unfriendly and arrogant, i asked to change my room because i suffocate in places like that with a window opened on a wall, that i cant open because a person can easily step in my room from the « terasse », he said: no i can’t give you another room. The next day, i switched to a worse room again inside and again with a view on a wall in the 3d floor, with a short curtain that covers only half of the window, so at night the light comes in, plus the noise of i dont know what machine or engine was that, when i closed the window the room turned so hot. Worst stay ever, and this is my second time in Barcelona, the good location does not worth the torture and discomfort i felt!!

The location is decent for seeing the sites, although it’s a rougher area. The room was stuffy and lacked ventilation. We were on the fourth floor and when it rained hard one day, the ceiling in the room leaked. The staff in general was standoffish and unhelpful.

Location, yes it is central, but the area the most dangerous in city ,my husband was robbed just near the hotel ,it was 9 pm ,a lot of strange people around this area

Everything is very good. All the services at Miram are excellent Everything is very good. All the services at Miram are excellent

Unfortunately the neighborhood it's not the best, specially in the evenings, but that has nothing to do with the Hotel itself.

Breakfast area very nice, room was cozy, Tv mostly in Spanish

Very helpful staff, clean and good location Some rooms were really small and without much light

Amazing staff and hotel itself. Always clean, the front desk super helpful. Cleaning every morning. Delicious breakfast. Very easy to go to all the main attractions in town from the hotel location. There were some slight issues with the elevator, but they here resolved quickly. There weren’t any sockets by the bed, which was our only concern about the rooms. That caused noticeable discomfort. Even though the location was great, the neighbourhood is “dingy”. I’m not sure everyone would feel comfortable walking there after dark, or sometimes even during the day.

Nothing bad to say
-
Very nice location and a lot of food options in the area Sometimes it gets loud at night and you can hear people on the street

Breakfast was good with good selections. Wires sticking out of wall and air conditioning was not the greatest. A strange access panel on the wall of the bathroom where mirror should be.
-
Everything was excellent. The personal was very nice and cooperative with any request/questions

The front desk was very helpful. Location was a bit off, more of a lower working class neighborhood. The bed was too hard with one thin pillow each. Needed plugs by the bed and the hairdryer switch didn’t work. The coffee was from a machine and cost 2 euros, it should have been brewed.

Sol was amazing!! We will be back…

Location is just 5-10 minute walk to the old city centre, the Ramblas, port and two metro stations, from which you can reach any part of town within 30 minutes. Also the breakfast was more than fantastic. Much more to what you usually get at hotels. Wide range of sweets, fruit, sausages, cheeses, bread, etc. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. The beds were wonderful, big beds, soft, the right pillows. I slept wonderfully there! Not a problem with the hotel itself, but the hotel is situated by a square, which generates quite some noice (children playing, people talking, some traffic,) it only gets quiet at midnight. Windows stop the sounds mostly, unless you open them of course. Minor point (which applies to most hotels): why not make the water in the fridge free? Doesn't cost much, and it would be a nice service to the customers.

Staff were friendly and provided great service Beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. Rooms were too close to reception (rooms 001,002 & 003) and exposed to all the noise of people coming and going at all times in the night. Doors slamming and people arguing at reception. Kept us up most of the night. Rooms should not be so close to the reception traffic. Staff very friendly.
