Location is good The room was spacious and bright. The staff is nice and always willing to help. Wifi is good for calls and working as well. Breakfast is really poor, they need to improve that.

I spent a great month in this beautiful and friendly place. The location is hard to beat, the food is incredible, the internet is fast and Shankara and Upendra made this place a home away from home. Thanks a lot for everything. I will be back.

The location is good, the room is clean. we had an issue with the number of beds written, so double check before make reservations. but it has been fixed with help center although it bothers us lot and take our time.

The best location if you want to stay close to Nizami street and the embankment, 10 minutes walk to each. 15 minutes away from the old town, also very easy to reach. Beautiful building, nice decorations in the hallways. Breakfast isn’t exceptional yet good, you can have it outside on a lovely balcony with the street view. Staff is attentive and helpful. There’s a big stairway as you enter so ask the reception guys to help you with the luggage, they’re always available. Bed sheets, towels and bathrobes should be changed as well as the cleaning company.

The location is great, 5 min walk to Nizami Street. The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful balcony. we enjoyed our stay there

very friendly, attentive staff, central location in a nice area of downtown Baku, incredible Indian food in the restaurant and good breakfast with lots of cold options + omelette. super clean rooms and a very comfortable bed! reception called the room several times in the mornings and woke us up. impossible to sleep again with traffic noise. a “do not disturb” sign for the door would be good :)

location was fantastic for the F1 weekend & everything in walking distance there needs to be improvements on housekeeping .. bathrooms need a deep clean & also needs to be consistent with daily room service..
