Location is amazing! The staff are so accommodating and really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a little Juliette balcony which was nice. Central area to get around. Breakfast was just right, not overly lavish but just what you need. Housekeeping were amazing! Nothing

Liked location , very close to old town . Lot of places to eat around and also not very touristic . A bit noisy if u have room looking the street . Better looking the yard

Lovely boutique hotel in a very pleasant and quiet area with a 5 minutes walk to the city Center. Very clean (Thanks to Malahat). Very good breakfast (Thanks to Parvin and Gulshan). The staff is very professional, helpful, warm and welcoming. Shamsi at the front desk, was so friendly and helpful. All of the staff were amazing I wish I could name all of them. Thank you to all of the boutique staff for making it such a special experience for us.

Amazing location, staff was lovely as kind always. The hotel was clean and had all necessary amenities. The hotel itself is in the middle of the city and is walking distance to most site and transportation links. Special thanks to cleaning lady Malahat and breakfast team Parvin and Gulshan.

Friendliness of staff Dirty stained carpet, black mould in bathroom, hairs on floor and bed, stained bedding, wind coming through patio door, noise from other rooms, walls are like paper

This hotel was a great find, super central and had everything we needed. I especially want to thank Isbandiyar on the front desk for helping us to pay for parking! You need a local sim to pay for the on street parking in Baku, which we didn’t have, and he helped us out late night and early morning to make sure we were covered and would not get fined! Isbandiyar went above and beyond and saved us from a lot of hassle! Thank you, you are brilliant!

The staff was very friendly and helpful,they helped us with our bolt bookings.They even ordered Veg Biryani,twice on wolf app on our request and it was very tasty.They allowed us to keep our luggage for two days when we travelled to Sheki for two days.Couldnt ask for better service. And the plus point was that the hotel is very close to Nizami street. I don't think there was anything I didn't like
