Everthing is good, but there was no staff at night

Ideal location if you have a car! we wanted to visit the national park in Gobustan so we stayed in this hotel for a few days and this hotel is right across the beautitul Zaha Haddid museum. The room was quite big and comfortable, breakfast was good and it is a great basecamp to explore outside of the city. Great Turkish restaurant next door too!

The shower was hot and cold, the water did not stay hot all the time

Awesome hotel location, Beautiful from in and out, Really clean and fresh breakfast. As they don’t have good options for Indian foodie people but still I love the environment a lot. Surely will recommend to my family and friends. Room was clean as all staff was friendly and well trained. I love everything about the hotel.

Every thing is very good
-
Location and Room size No activities after skiing or warm coffee room after longtime of being outside in the snow
-
Spacious room, cleanliness, staff hospitality and breakfast. Though bit far from city’s most attractions but next to Heyder Aliyev center but my preference was neat and clean hotel.

It was clean The AC didn’t work properly you can’t really control it with the remote. It’s either super hot or completely off, so we had to open the window to cool down. I called reception, and a technician came after about 30 minutes, but they said that’s just how the AC works in this hotel. The bathroom wasn’t great either the shower and toilet hose were both leaking. We stayed only one night and checked out early in the morning.

they have a spare space for us to have a short conversation among our friends it was quite warm at around 17-20 degree but the conditioner is set to heat already

Clean, Friendly Staff

We came to Baku for the 2025 Baku GP and really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We always took Bolt to get to the city center — the location is a bit outside the center, but not too far. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good.

The hotel has been recently renovated, and all the furniture is brand new. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they accommodated our early check-in request without any hassle. We ordered food from the in-house restaurant, and it was delicious and well-prepared. Complimentary on-site parking was available, and the hotel’s location directly opposite the Heydar Aliyev Center is a great advantage. A supermarket within a 5-minute walking distance was very convenient for daily needs. The rooms were well-cleaned on time, and the room service was exceptional. The location is about a 10–15 minute drive from Nizami Street, which was not an issue for us. One small suggestion would be to place Qibla markings in each room, especially since the hotel has recently been renovated.

The place is beautiful as I mentioned, but I felt that the reception staff could be more professional, as it sometimes seemed like they were observing guests when entering or leaving the hotel

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. They kindly provided an extra bed for my daughter, which made our stay even more convenient and relaxing. The surroundings were lovely, and the hotel’s setting added a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere to our stay. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and attentive, making us feel right at home. For anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and family-friendly hotel, Central Point is an excellent choice.

The breakfast was nice they clearly are putting good care into the breakfast. The cleanliness. My bathroom had a bad smell. It stank like a cat’s pee. Also, the didn’t even have a bellboy so we had to carry our bags up and down.

The room is super comfortable, staff is nice and helpful. There is no restaurant where you can get your dinner.
