Location was excellent. Staff were friendly Our room was dirty. Hairs on the sheets on the bed. The floor was filthy which we noticed a lot as I was with my 8 month old son who was crawling. I had to stop him from going in the floor all together. The jacuzzi bath broke. And the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful.

The location is excellent — right at the beginning of Nizami Street, with direct car access to the entrance, which makes arrival and departure very convenient. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Cleanliness was outstanding throughout the property. The staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was on time, and check-out was also handled efficiently without any delays. The only area that could be improved is the sound insulation. Even with the balcony closed, outside noise can still be heard inside the room. Since there is a pub nearby, nighttime noise may sometimes be noticeable. Improving the soundproofing would enhance the overall comfort of the stay.

The location is excellent — right at the beginning of Nizami Street, and cars can easily access the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Cleanliness was outstanding throughout the stay. The staff were friendly and professional. They kindly upgraded my room to a larger one with a direct view of Nizami Street square, which I truly appreciated. On my last day, I requested a late check-out for around six additional hours. They accommodated my request smoothly with an additional fee, which was very helpful and well-managed. The only point that could be improved is the sound insulation. Even with the balcony closed, outside noise can still be heard inside the room. Since there is a pub nearby, the nighttime noise can sometimes be noticeable. I hope the hotel considers enhancing the soundproofing for an even better guest experience.

The hotel location is amazing, in Nizami street and close to everything, the old city, the malls etc. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Very kind indeed. The decorations were beautiful and the room was spacious. I loved the place and definitely would like to visit again. I strongly recommend it. Beautiful Azerbaijan! NA

It’s location is great, I like the spacious rooms and it gives a nice boutique feel, excellent breakfast too The single lift is a bit of an issue - not too much, if you are on lower floor

location room floor carpet dirty, very old furniture, no variety in breakfast. room service is expensive, all staff don't speak English, except reception. I extended one day more, and they charged me 270 manat per night.

I had a wonderful stay at Sapphire City Hotel in Baku! The rooms are spacious and elegant, and they even upgraded me to a room with a balcony. I also received a complimentary breakfast and a fruit plate, which was a lovely touch ?. Special thanks to Sona, who was super kind and always helpful — she even helped me book a restaurant outside the hotel! The service was excellent, and the location is perfect, right on Nizami Street, close to everything. ⭐️ Highly recommended! Thank you Sapphire City team for making my stay so special! ? Nothing
