Converted old property. Poor update. Very very poor electric outlet. Loose and lousy power outlet location It can be easily remedied by provided fixed power strip, but not. They will not let customer borrow one. Room furniture was not properly laid out. Jammed in main area, vacant in some part. Breakfast OK.

Very cooperative and attentive staff who genuinely care about customer satisfaction and are happy to accommodate special requests. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality. The hotel also offers complimentary access to a gym and sauna, which is a great added benefit.

It was my second time in this hotel. As the hotel is directly on the famous Nizami street, many sights/shops/restaurants are within walking distance. The breakfast offers different choices. The room was spotlessly clean. I will choose this hotel again without any hesitation if I come to Baku again

The location was good The Wi-Fi was poor in room 203, and they don’t have king size bed, they make you pay for king size standard room, however, they just join two small beds together and cover it with bedsheets

• The location is really comfortable. Everything is easy to reach. Taxi is coming very quick. • The staff is really helpful. They try their best to assist you. All my requests were made very quick. Hanum at the restaurant was always very gentle and friendly to me. The dinners there were delicious. I lost my ring at the room and Sabina assisted me and finally found it! I really appreciate this. My requests of flower vase, iron etc were covered. The staff is really the best part of it. My neighbors were making some noises at 2 am, and calling the reception solved the issue very quickly. • it was clean. Some reviews here complaining about it, but I did not face any problems with it. The hotel was already recommended by my colleague, I will recommend it, too. Not a problem, but “do not disturb” hang was missing
