Nothing much. Bed was not comfortable at all, breakfast was way less than basic, my door was left open after housekeeping and i knew when I came end of the day.

Very disappointing hotel. The room was dirty with a strong unpleasant smell and very dark because of the small windows. The bathroom was terrible – the shower and toilet were very dirty, and there was mold on the walls. The carpet was filthy, the curtains and armchairs had cigarette burns, and the whole place smelled of smoke. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff are very kind and helpful. Quite large comfortable rooms, very clean and nice. Breakfast is very good. A lot of shops/groceries/pharmacies in the vicinity of the hotel. Sometimes it was loud in the street outside - but not something the hotel may be blamed for. Location-wise the hotel is a bit far to walk to the centre of Baku area, but taxis are always there and cheap (use Bolt or similar aps). Also, it is sometimes just interesting (for me at least!) to walk through some remote areas around the city.

The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and served promptly. I especially appreciated the attention to detail for my baby's needs - the hotel provided a comfortable baby crib and arranged for baby-friendly breakfast options with ease. The hotel's location is also a major plus, being just 1 km away from Nizami Street and the city center. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, amenities, and convenient location. Thank you to the hotel management and staff for making our stay so memorable!"

We liked everything ,the staff were nice Emin Heydarov and the 2 Nicats,one at the reception welcomed us very nice and also the lady and she even helped us to book our Shahdag tour ,very helpful and Nicat always asking us if everything was okay.The housekeeping team wxellent the place always clean and no foreign smells ,location is good aswell close to a lot of restaurants and our favourite shop,Araz is just next to the hotel .We really had great time ,im impressed. Nothing,all good

Rooms are perfect. Location is amazing with lots of marts, restaurants and facilities. Amazing street. Breakfast of the hotel is phenomenal. Nothing. Everything was amazing with amazing staff and services.

A hotel that feels like home. We stayed at the Parallel Hotel for 7 nights and 8 days. It’s a 2-star place, but honestly, it deserves way more credit. The room was really spacious and had all the basics you'd find in a 4-star hotel. It's just a short walk to the metro station, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Plus, it's a nice quiet area—nothing too crowded. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help you out. Even during our complimentary breakfasts, they served us tasty food that kept us full throughout the day as we explored the country.

It was clean, spacious and good value for our money. The staff were helpful and warm. It’s not that i didn’t like the breakfast, it was actually delicious and we enjoyed it a lot. I would suggest though that there’d be more variety.

Great place. The manager (Emin) was exceptional. Kind yet extremely professional. He would help out with everything we asked for and ensured our stay was comfortable.

This is first time for me in Baku and I choose to stay in this hotel. Good choice and I like everything really. Clean, comfortable ,near to everything and very good breakfast ? I want to thank Ms.Emin for his service and kindness He help me alot ?

Hotel rating at booking does not reflect the real picture of this hotel. Front desk guy was helpful but that's it. This is old soviet style hotel with fancy sign on the front. Rooms ar dark and smell with dampness and cigarets. Bathroom is full mould. Had to stay 1 night after late arrival from the airport and immediately moved to another hotel in the morning.
