The only thing we liked about this place, if you can even call it a hotel, was the location The check-in experience was terrible. The staff member spoke very little English and gave us a smoking room that was extremely dusty and appeared heavily used. The bedding smelled bad, and the duvet had no cover. The furniture was in poor condition, with visible black marks, and the shower was moldy. To address the unpleasant smell, they placed an industrial, loud dehumidifier in the room, but it didn’t help. We requested a room change and were told that the manager was unavailable, and the change could only be made the next day. After spending two nights in that room and making two additional complaints, they finally moved us to a "superior" room. While it was slightly bigger, it was still very dirty, and the bedding was not fresh. They refunded us 50 Manat for a breakfast that didn’t exist and charged us £172.00 for five nights, claiming they hadn’t received any payment (deposit) from Booking.com. The photos on your website are outdated and do not reflect the current state of the hotel. This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and we are frequent travelers. I strongly recommend conducting a thorough review of this property before continuing to advertise it on your platform.

Nothing "My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the property was poorly maintained. Everything seemed to be broken or in disrepair, and the staff seemed indifferent to guests' concerns. The noise from other guests was incessant, and it was clear that some were engaging in unacceptable behavior in their rooms. The overall condition of the hotel was appalling and significantly impacted my vacation experience. The fact that the elevator was broken for the duration of my stay – four days – made matters even worse. Having to climb four flights of stairs daily was exhausting and completely unacceptable. Despite assurances from the staff that it would be fixed, nothing was done. Leaving this hotel was a relief, and I would caution anyone considering a stay here. It's clear that maintenance and guest satisfaction are not priorities for this establishment."
