Hotel is really great, new and clean. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Cleaning ladies deserve a raise absolutely! They do a really good job and also are very kind and nice! Breakfast is good, you have different options. Air condition is fine, works well, staff is also very helpful and professional. Great value for the money. Well, there was a strange situation last night of our stay. Our flight was at 6AM tomorrow and the breakfast is at 8AM, so the night before we asked if it is possible to get some sandwiches to take away, instead of breakfast that it was already paid but cannot be used due to early flight (this happened to us many times and EVERY TIME we got a compensation - mostly sandwiches - which is perfectly fine). The receptionist was confused and shocked after our request, behaved like neved heard of something similar, "checked with manager" in another room (so we were not able to hear what really happened) and the final answer was no, but we were directed to Booking to complain. The simple answer was - we serve breakfast at 8AM, so it is your problem if your flight is too early. No food or refund for something we already paid. So, kind of bad experience in the end, but all other things were good, so we decided to accept the sitaution and move forward.

The people are nice, many hotels tried to rip us off, was safe, convince stores across the street Hotel looks like in the pictures The staff we saw was all very nice Bathroom was clean Too far outside the city Breakfast was just ok Overall not a bad place just the vibe was off. We would only go to sleep. If the price is right for you it’s definitely an option

The front desk staff was really welcoming decent and friendly. especially Mr.Rustam and Mr. Nemat had been very cooperating understanding and guided me well to have the best experience staying at the hotel.

Everything was good at the property no complaints at all. I was scammed by the tour packages. I requested the hotel to arrange a tour of specific places and agreed to pay 150 Manat after the reception confirmed. However, the person designated for the tour didn't take us to any of the places, wasting my last day in Baku. I ended up not seeing anything despite waiting, and the individual didn't fulfill the agreed-upon tour. The manager, a lady at the time, was indifferent and rude. I could have used a Bolt ride and finished it for only 35-50 Manat. Unfortunately, I couldn't speak to the sales manager or obtain a partial refund until the end.
