When we told the owner about the problems, instead of trying to help, he arrogantly said, “Our rating is very high, it’s not a problem for us.” That response says everything you need to know about this place. We would never stay here again and strongly advise others to stay away. Don’t be fooled by the ratings — reality is far worse.

Great design and amazing location. It’s located in the heart of Baku. Easy access to bus network. Amazing vibe overall. Building looks like new, dunno if they maintain it so good but it looks new. Everything is fine but there was dust on gym equipment. Probably nobody uses it :)

They cheat us when we add extra guest prior they charge us for four guest but we are three than i add one more they ask for extra money & we put the luggage in luggage room the steal my bag…

It could have been a great experience: very nice and staff (almost all of them and below I’ll explain why I’m saying “almost”), good location and meals. Room looked good as well. Night before the checkout there happened a situation which affected my review a lot. We lived in a family suite in a group of 4 people. It has 2 doors for the same suite. 3 people from our room left hotel at 2 AM for their flight and at the reception they explained that the 4th person (me) is still in the room and will make a checkout later jn the morning. And 15 minutes after I tried to fall asleep after other guests have left the room, one of the stuff guys entered my room without knocking and just switched on the light. I got really scared. Then he realised that I was still in the room, he left the room and entered the same room using the second door. I was shocked and I have no idea what was on his mind. In the morning the guy didn’t explained me anything and didn’t apologise.

Staff there was supported from the time I arrive until I lift the hotel .. breakfast was included n the buffet was nice I wish there was other choices for the food day by day instead to eat same things everyday but still it was nice .. Room small .. but still good for people who use hotel only for sleeping.

Overall it's a pretty decent Hotel. It's a 10 minute walk from the Nariman Narimanov metro station. It has a small GYM where you can do chest, back and arm workouts. There is also a 24/7 GYM not far from the Hotel. A small shop right next to the Hotel and a great restaurant just a minute away called Bashkent Restoran Nerimanov. The room was spacious enough and clean. The room consists of a mini bar, safe and two 500ml water bottles that get refilled everyday. Also toiletiries are provided like toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel and hand soap. Breakfast was plenty with options. Meat, cheese, brea yoghurt you name it, it's there. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. If you have any quesions feel free to speak to the at the 24/7 reception. Noise was a big issue. Unfortunately some cars will blast music even at 2-3 AM. There is also a nightclub opposite of the Hotel which can be noisy on the weekends. The cleaners will move your stuff around so, beware. When I opened the door and half of my stuff was gone I was a bit surprised to say the least. It turned out the cleaners put my stuff in the drawers.

Location and very good staff… Shops and restaurants are nearby! Nicotine and cigarettes smell in the room! Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to choose/book a none smoking room!
