It was next to the hospital

Check in was supposed to be at 2 pm and had to wait till 3 pm as the room wasn't clean, rented a non smoking room and the smell smoke was strongly present,didn't change bed sheets, sofa small burns from cigarettes, bathroom was not clean at all. Somke alarm was covered with a glove.....

Had to have my bathroom immediately re-cleaned checking in.

Shower did not work; hot water was not available for a shave; the front desk was not available when assistance was needed; the room key did not work, etc.

It was terrible. Water stuck in the sink and I asked for another room, the second room did not have the lock!!! They even don't say anything to calm down me

Price didn't match the value. For that price or slightly more, I could pick up something with a limited breakfast, water bottles or something.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Room disgustingly dirty. Lights or WiFi did not work. Pool is green. While hotel is nothing like the photos, and the staff were outright rude when I complained. Avoid at ALL costs.

The photos on-line of the entire place are from the time it first opened, and everything now is so bad that me and my wife cancelled our stay and stayed somewhere else.

Room 210 had a valve problem with the cold water at the bathroom sink. The flow was very slow. Overall, a good stay with reasonable rates.

they need to fix the shower, the rod was broken and they need to fix the bathroom which was running all night, otherwise everything else was perfect

Bathroom overall pretty dirty, as well as no microwave in my room.

I dont recommend to nobody it was horrible everything

Stayed for two nights, they never came and cleaned the room. Staff not there when I first arrived to check in. No “be right back” sign or anything, property could’ve been abandoned for all I knew.
