Overall very nice hotel - my room was very clean and had everything I needed and more. Just a few minor things. When I went to check my bag, it was just left behind the counter with no hotel staff to watch it. The pool wasn’t the cleanest lots of dead bugs in there. And then the waffle maker wasn’t available 2/4 mornings for breakfast that I was there which was a bummer.

Nice and spacious suite. Great location on Rainey Street with a small market close by. Excellent walk score. Breakfast is great with several hot and fresh items to choose from. Friendly staff. It’s hard to see the drop off site from the street, however once you know where it is, it’s easy to get to.

The front staff were amazing at my check-in and checkout. Breakfast has everything you could possible want. It is in the perfect location for Rainey street and walking the trail. I would definitely stay at this facility again.

Room was clean, it is a bit on the loud side due to location so the ear plugs were a nice touch. If you plan to eat breakfast know that the main option will only be breakfast tacos every day. Pool is small and not stocked with towels. Overall still a nice hotel with great staff.

Parking should be complimentary & included in the hotel charges, instead of bing added to the bill! Other than that, everything else is great.

It can be very loud with live music on Rainey district. I was staying on 13th floor, and it was very loud until 1am. If you are a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel

Hotel is located in a very bad spot with no easy access. Very noisy at night as the property is backed up to a row of clubs. Staff? What staff? Barely a desk clerk to check in. I do not recommended this property at all

The location is great. Across an alley to great restaurants. I found the housekeeper supervisor rude. I think he was trying to be macho in front of his staff. I still left housekeeping a nice tip.

Everything was good. The only thing I wish was that labeled items were available during breakfast. I cannot have gluten or soy, so I was limited on what I could have, and I guessed what was what as best as I could.

The music on Rainey st starts before noon and ends at 2 max. Staff was meh, breakfast was crowded, long lines

Rooms are spacious and clean; having a kitchenette is really useful to help reduce eating out costs - just picked up a few basic groceries. Breakfast at hotel was great. The only things I would complain about is the cost of items sold at the hotel - bought 2 single / small pop (335 ml) and it was $8 AND the cost of parking was ridiculous at $48 per night.

Overall it was good for the price. However, I flew in on Tuesday and stayed until Sunday and every day, I was asking if they could get more towels and sanitizing wipes in the gym to wipe down the equipment and it never happened the entire week. They also advertise that the rooms are cleaned every other day… I had to call each time after 3 PM to ask if someone was still coming. Lastly, my rental car got hit in the parking garage and I was told that the cameras were not able to show what happened or who did it.

The staff including the front desk workers, housekeeping and dining staff were all very helpful. Having brochures on the front table offered visitors to Austin a great way to help explore Austin. The maps were great. The rooms were perfect. Having a small kitchen was very helpful.

Expansive breakfast, nice selection of condiments, the bed was older and uncomfortable, really loved the full kitchenette, and appreciated the ceiling fan. Even facing the Interstate, we didn’t hear the traffic. It was an easy & safe walk to shopping, bars and meals. Recommended & will stay again.

Room was very clean with exception of something sticky on the kitchen floor. Staff was great. Very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. A little noise from road traffic on the east side of the hotel, but not too bad. No trouble sleeping like a baby.

Hotel was nice. Always enjoyed staying at a homewood suites. Room was nice and clean. Room was cool. A little noisy but not hotels fault. It’s just location and off of the main interstate so you heard every siren and cars racing ect. My only complaint was the cleaning staff didn’t leave any washcloths when they came in the second time of the week so I had to use a hand towel to wash face and shower with. Not a big deal just big and awkward. It was Too late to call staff when I discovered it. Other than that it was a good stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Everyone of the staff with whom we came in contact were both friendly and helpful. All three fron desk clerks were hospitable.

Staff was super nice and breakfast was good. Behind a Sausage House, so smells like campfire right outside. I didn't mind.

For a Hilton very poor standards, the rooms are spacious but there was the thinnest sheet no duvet covers which is crazy in -6 weather so I was frozen all night. The bathrooms were not clean you did not feel to shower in them luckily I checked into the Fairmont the next day so I could. Reception staff never at the desk always out back and dressed as they were going to the gym. The breakfast was awful ! I honestly would avoid not worth it at all - for 1 night max it's ok !

The experience was nice except your evening staff. Sami is very rude and condescending. Daytime staff was very accommodating and helpful. Kitchen staff was very nice as well- great breakfast options.

The other down side is the pool is advertised as being open 7am until 10pm. Four times on this stay it didn’t open until mid day which spoilt our stay a little. The breakfast rotated 2 menus each day. Could have done with a little variety of hot food but it was included in the price and wasn’t that bad. The location is great for all of the things we wanted to do in Austin.

Elevator repairs, left whole hotel down to one elevator for about 24 hours. Construction in area is a bit annoying. Not best location. Roomkey and Hilton Key app (for 2 people) was not working 3 days/nights in a row. Had to repeatedly go back and forth to reactivate keys. Big waste of time.

Love this hotel for downtown or UT events. Very slow check in as only one person at desk with 6 guests in line. Also ran out both coffees in lobby Sunday morning but rare occurrences. Will be back..

We got a 2 bed suite. Was a nice big room. Was unaware we had to pay $100 for 2 days of parking but after realizing the safety of needing hotel key to park was well worth it. Even needed key to get up elevator which was a nice safety thing as well. Breakfast was good as well and restaurant in walking distance. You could walk through alley and straight into bangers restaurant which was good.

My husband and I stayed at Homewood Suites for a business trip. Staff were friendly, the room was large and comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and the social provided on Wednesday evenings with snacks and wine was the icing on the cake. Will plan to stay again!

Overall it is very good. Breakfast is great. Just it is a bit noisy with the windows facing the high way. There was a maintenance work on the plumbing system. It would be nice if the schedule of the job could be posted on the dining room and or elevator.

This place was great but you have to pay 48 per day for parking in their garage or find parking on the side of the street.

After reading some reviews about the cleanliness and the nosiness, I was skeptical but the stay was great. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious. We were on the 8th floor and we did not hear any noise from the highway or bars nearby. I will book here again. Parking is $48 but having the parking garage connected to the hotel was nice.

Great. Enjoyed our stay. Definitely will return. Breakfast was great with great selections. 1 elevator worked out of 3 but still got us to our room. Room was clean. Pillows were good too. Sheets felt soft. Our suite had a ceiling fan, that was a first but worked great. Higjly recommended to stay. Even had a back entrance thru the garage to get to clubs on back strip. It's worth paying for the parking in the garage. Your vehicle is safer.

When we first arrived i was informed that there was a $100 dollar incidental charge per room. As soon as she swiped my card for the $200 she then informed me that there is a $48 dollar parking garage charge per car per night and that if i had 2 cars parking the 2 days i they would just take it out of the incidental $200. None of this was mentioned or spelled out in Expedia app. The hotel is very animal friendly to the point my hallway had the distinct aroma of wet dog. But i still gave it 4 stars because the rooms where impeccable and when going back down the the desk clerk said she had checked and the parking wss included. Although Dr pepper was 4 dollas a bottle there.

The room was clean and comfortable but there was only one elevator working on a holiday weekend and someone also got stuck in it the day before. The staff were very nice. I had an issue getting out of the parking garage because I was told to press the help button and they wound open the gate. No one answered and the person behind me had to use his card to open the gate. Not sure I’ll be back again.

Pool was nice, unfortunately to busy to enjoy, but could see sitting out enjoying some time there overlooking the bars & music below. Stayed in a king suite for a few days, the suite was great, full sized fridge & 2 burner stove with all necessary cooking utencils. Gym is adequate & pool area is nice. Onsite parking was fantastic & the location was easy to navigate in & around town. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were fine. The issue was cleanliness. There were dirty dishes in our room from the previous people. The dishwasher didn’t work. There were earbuds on the nightstand, which was an indicator that it was going to be noisy, which it was all night. You could hear traffic and police officers. They charge you $50 for parking and there is construction all around it.

We had a great experience at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Austin. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, but what truly makes it stand out is the location. It's right in the heart of Rainey Street, one of the best spots in the city for bars, BBQ, and live music.

Hotel was clean, rooms were very clean. Did not give 5 stars because there was a communication issue about the 100.00 incidental fee and it not being refundable if you say 3 nights. I was told initially that because I had a key card that I would not have to be paying the daily fee, because we can use the key card to come in and out of the gate as we need to. On day two of our stay there was a $51 charge taken from my bank account. I called the property and they explained that if you have a three night stay, then you do not get your $100 incidental fee back because that goes towards your parking. I didn’t mind paying after I understood however I just wish I would’ve been told in the beginning upon checkin. Otherwise hotel day was nice. We didn’t have any issues and we were able to have a great time when we were in Austin.

Amazing area, you can smell the BBQ from the beerhouse on Rainey and it’s no walk at all. Great location, parking, and room quality!

Hard to locate the entrance to the parking garage. One night, even though we paid the fee to park, no spot was available when we arrived back for the night and had to go up and down until we finally found one. Oversized vehicles should only have certain areas to park in. Many times they take up 2 spots... They ran out of plates, drinks, and utensils at breakfast. They had to fix our TV before it would work...the room was really nice, air work d well but the bed was uncomfortable... hard and uneven

This property was pleasant. We were high up enough that the night life and traffic didnt bother us at all. The parking is high. The staff was great. The breakfast was ok. Plenty of options but no bacon and watery eggs.

I checked in online and booked two rooms. When I went to my first room someone was already in it. The young lady that had just finished her shift gave my room to someone else. I had to go to the front desk and get a different room. There was a bad mix up and finally the lady at service desk got it situation. I had to make sure my card wasn’t being used for the first room. I didn’t want to be responsible for the room that way given to a different guest.

We were told that the rooms facing the freeway were a better option than the rooms facing the restaurants and construction due to noise levels. Worst noise levels from the freeway and road level that we have ever encountered. Won't be back!

We were really disappointed with our stay at this hotel. It is on the outskirts of downtown and you have to drive to get anywhere. But the biggest issue is that it is the noisiest, smelliest hotel I've ever stayed at and I travel a fair amount. A nearby bar/restaurant plays extremely loud music until 2 am. The hotel even puts earplugs on your nightstand! It was pretty shocking to think that this was acceptable. And, there is a BBQ/smokehouse nearby, which causes the hotel to smell like smoke. I've stayed at Homewood Suites before and had much higher expectations. To top it off it wasn't cheap; I'd expect a hotel of this quality to be around $99/night and it was far, far more expensive. If it wasn't a big game weekend, I would have switched hotels without a thought. I wish someone would have warned me about what to expect.

I had no idea when I booked that it came with a full kitchen! I made a home cooked meal with their stove and enjoyed my stay!

Loved the oversized room and extra space. Didn’t love that you could hear the live music from the neighboring club.

Beautiful and spacious room with all the amenities. Easy check in. I would highly recommend to get the non slip mat for the shower cause it was extremely slippery. Also our TV kept wanting to turn off. Other than that, very comfortable stay.
