Has seen better days for a Hilton. Was convenient to stay before flight but other than that, save money by staying at another airport hotel. Free coffee ran out before 7am and they didn't put more out. Small rooms.

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Pillows were nice and mattress I wish I had one at home. Staff were helpful with parking instructions and shuttle information. I did not have breakfast or go to the bar this trip but in the past time I have stayed there have not had anything bad to say about them. It always so convenient to stay at the Hilton Airport when having an early flight the next morning. I have been doing this for the past 10 plus years sometime twice a year. Thank you Hilton.

This was our third time at this hotel and it was wonderful. The only complaint I had is that there was no soap in the downstairs bathroom by the pool, and the sanitizer was empty in the gym. Also, only 1 towel at the pool.

Stayed here for a business trip and had a wonderful time. Room was clean and muffles sounds from hallway quite well. I would only hear people opening their doors directly beside me but nothing else. Parking is convenient but do note the gate is for cars only as pedestrians can walk through without issue. Had a random person come up to me and yell at me while I was waiting for a colleague by the car. Was quite taken back by the experience as there was no people loitering by the entry and exits. I will assume it was a one off issue. Also note that the elevators have signs inside them saying there is a cafe open in the morning and I found out that the cafe is not open despite the set up being there. There is a little section to get to go items like drinks and snacks at the checkout desk. Overall would recommend.

Horrible. It’s conveniently located but that is it. Most of the staff is useless, hotel is run down, food at the “restaurant” was horrible. Rooms are dated. Got woken up by hotel staff at 1:30am while dead asleep for a noise complaint. I was asleep! How? So, got zero sleep and a really bad migraine after that, wouldn’t stay again. Not up to par.

SHUTTLE - staff was very helpful even though I didn’t have cell service and was relying on wi-fi. and the drivers are fantastic. Especially the gentleman who helped me around 7:30am on Thursday, April 30th. Wish I could remember his name!!

The staff was very helpful as I had never used their airport shuttle and they explained precisely what I needed to do. My stay was brief since I was there to catch an early morning flight, but I regretted not getting to enjoy the hotel for a longer time.

Great Location near Austin airport. Great view over Austin city. Went to the restaurant for dinner - the menu is lacking. The food didn’t appeal to us at all. And obviously not many others as there were only two other tables seated.

All of it was great. Staff was awesome and the building was so cool. Talking to staff and learned alot about the history of the building. Charged us for an extra breakfast. Wish they would open a museum about the history of the old air force building on the last 2 underground floors.

Had to be at airport at 3:30am, so I didn’t have breakfast. But the room was very spacious, clean, and even had a couple bottles of water. The bed was sooo comfortable, and also the pillows. But that’s if you like soft, squishy pillows, and soft bed. Would recommend staying there, over the Hyatt, which I stayed at last time.

Conveniently located by the airport. The room was very spacious. The shuttle happened to be at airport so I quickly jumped on. I didn’t spend a lot of time so didn’t eat or use amenities. The shuttle driver, however, didn’t even attempt to get up when I boarded or when we got to hotel to help with my bag. The courtesy would have been appreciated.

Airport shuttle was easy to find. I took the shuttle very early in the morning from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle was there and waiting at 3am.

the only positive to this facility is its close location to the airport There is a long list of items that makes this hotel a very poor stay. The check in process was slow with 2 very rude staff people. They had 3 people behind the desk and only one young man wanted to work. Requested a wake up call, but never got one. They do not have a business center/desk top computers to use, which makes it hard to print your boarding passes or any kind of work. The restaurant was small and very over priced. Paid $50 for a basic sandwich and soup. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear every word the neighbors are saying. Our neighbors stayed up to 3am talking loud. The shuttle was joke too. Waited a very long time before it showed up after texting and calling twice for it. Please do not stay here!

Solid hotel, meets the needs of an early flight or layover. Everything is fine, clean, meets your needs.

We missed our flight to Atlanta and ended up in Austin, which was a beautiful stay however, someone told us on the property. We didn’t need to get a shuttle until 415 because TSA wasn’t open but when we got there, the lines were really long we just made our flight by five minutes. Regards of the TSA airlines the shuttle needs to deliver as soon as they can.

We drove in from San Antonio and stayed at the Hilton Airport because we had an early flight out of Austin. The hotel is next to the long-term parking lot, is new, clean, and comfortable. They let us keep our car parked in the parking lot for a nominal fee, and provided a shuttle to and from the airport. Highly recommend if you are flying in or out of Austin and need a place by the airport

We also stay because there is a bar/restaurant. It's nice not to have to leave the hotel, once you're there... BUT, the bar staff are never friendly. I've stayed many times and have never been treated respectfully. It's a sad feeling, so I just stay friendly and quiet and tread lightly.

So close to the airport so landing at 2am wasn’t so painful. We called and requested the shuttle and it arrived within 15 minutes. Clean, comfy room. Used the fitness center, small but had what I needed. Breakfast was yummy. Then took airport shuttle again to grab my rental car, simple again and friendly driver.

Everything was wonderful about your property except getting out of the parking lot. That was difficult to navigate and understand. It would be nice to revamp that system to make it simpler.

Something was flapping in the A/C vent all night, and when I mentioned it, no one seemed to care. Overall not a terrible stay, but bring earplugs and plan to eat elsewhere.

Very nice. Easy to navigate on the spur of the moment. Who knows when your plane will land these days. No problems here.

I didn't like the shower in our room, the shower head was placed at the wrong location and the wall holder was about to fall off and the floor gets really wet so it's really dangerous.

The showers need longer curtains. I’ve stayed there 3 times in different rooms and each time the curtains would not stay in the tub because they were too short and water would get all over the floor.

Upon check-in I was told they switched my accommodations from a king bed to 2 doubles. I was then told they wouldnt charge me for parking due to the change and then that was not honored. Had a cocktail at the bar and ordered an appetizer, which was truly disgusting. Will not be staying here again.

Upon check in there was barley any place to park as well because of the way its controlled. Check in was easy and front desk attendant was very nice. Convenient restaurant and bar downtstairs but it was loud even on a weds night. Drunk idiots yelling two floors down I could hear in my room at 11pm. Room was fine, clean, comfortable. Pillows need replacing they were very out of shape and super starchy. Very easy to get in and out and back to the airport though. You can practically walk to it

Hotel was great initially besides some cleanliness issues and some weird smells in the halls. Room over all was good our first night, until the ac’s in the hotel went down and the temperature/ humidity in the room was unbearable and we had to move hotels for our last night in Austin TX.

I checked back at 1:00, 2:15, and 3:05. The room still wasn't ready. The guy at 2:15 said he would put a special priority on the room...to no effect. The guy at 3:05 said he would put a special priority on getting our room ready, and he would notify us when it was ready--we were sitting near by to the check in desk. We were never notified. I checked back at 3:40, and the room was ready. Pretty sloppy and careless work by the staff, given that we were sitting in the hotel lobby since 11:30. I wouldn't stay in the hotel again if given the chance.

Need to stay near Austin airport - this Hilton hotel is conveniently located near the terminal and with shuttles to/from airport available all day - its a great choice. Its an older hotel but its very clean and the service is friendly and efficient. Was able to check-in early, grab a meal at the bar and get a good nights sleep before a very early flight.

The convenience is to access the airport via shuttle bus service. Other than that, the hotel condition is generally average. The air conditioner is so noisy, and the dining facilities are very limited.

Was told I had a noon checkout, but house keeping knocked and then opened my door twice this morning. I did not arrive until after midnight since flight got delayed, I was trying to sleep in some, but gave up and left around 1030
