While waiting for my Uber to pick me up after checking out, I urgently needed to use the restroom. To my surprise, I was informed by the front desk staff that there is no public restroom available in the lobby for guests. They explained that the lobby restrooms had been removed because some guests left them in a messy condition. As a paying guest who spent approximately $120 per nights as business trip . even if only for a few hours during a transit stop near Austin Airport, I find it unreasonable that there is no restroom available for guests in an emergency situation. Access to a restroom is a basic necessity. Hotels have housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness, and I do not believe a hotel of this standard cannot afford to provide and maintain a lobby restroom for its guests. This was a very disappointing experience because the room itself was nice and clean. Unfortunately, due to this policy, I would not recommend this hotel to business travelers or anyone who may need restroom access before or after check-in and check-out, because there is couples block hotel or INN for extra $ 20 or offering same price .

For an extended stay property you had a cook top in the room but no plates or silverware or coffee cups or coffee maker. You had a microwave but no plates.

What concerned me the most was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It appeared poorly maintained and visibly dirty, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel standard. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of attention to cleanliness and comfort were very frustrating. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely fell far below expectations. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality and maintenance of their rooms for future guests.

My mother in-laws room was FILTHY DIRTY. Toilet was DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. Hairs in the sink you can tell it wasn’t cleaned. Microwave and under the bed DIRTY. Housekeeping was NEVER completed. There was even trash and dirty towels left outside both of those rooms. When I asked the front desk to please have it cleaned or move her to a different room he said it wasn’t possible because he was the only one at the property.. when he handed me my key I asked “this one’s for the king room?” (I booked 3 rooms) he said YES. When I walked into that room it was a QUEEN BED. My sheets were also wet so I called the front desk and asked to be given the KING ROOM that I booked. He then proceeded to tell me “when you book through a third party (booking.com) you aren’t guaranteed to get what you paid for” he then came upstairs and handed me new sheets for the bed that I had to do myself.. overall we weren’t accommodated properly or taken care of. One of the most horrible experiences ever. I talked to the front desk and booking.com asking for a refund or compensation. The hotel refused so booking.com offered me to get $23 as credit. That was a slap in the face. Extremely disappointed with both parties. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Nothing The elevator did not work and I was on the fourth floor. It’s understandable that mechanical things break but when I ask the staff when it might be fixed, their answer was I don’t know, its been broken for about two weeks now. What!!! Lastly, when I checked in, they told me coffee would be ready at 6:30 AM, but there was no coffee available till 7:20 AM. Day two when I went down for coffee they had made coffee, but it had run out. I got lucky on day three and there was coffee available.

Shower took a whole minute to get hot water. Breakfast was supposedly at 6, went down at 6:30 & no coffee. No cupsnot even for water on the room. Pillows were crap. Elevator was broken. When we parked after check-in, the side door was propped open with a rock, and there were dead cockroaches all over the entryway

Not a great hotel. Had to have them come and re-clean my bathroom as there was mold in the shower and toothpaste splatter on the floor in the entry. (They did come). Front desk wasn’t super professional, usually out back or on their phone. Elevator was broken the entire time (4 day stay) so you had to walk to the edges and no urgency or concern. Bed was hard and sloped downward slightly. No hangers in the closet, had to ask for those too. Don’t bother to check the amenities. Their “breakfast” is a small cooler with yogurt and some granola bars out in a hallway. It was fine otherwise? Good parking, lighting, room was spacious and clean otherwise, convenient location, safe.

Location and room distribution The hallways and room smelled really bad, and the elevator wasn’t working. They assigned me a room on the 3rd floor and didn’t offer any discount or accommodation despite the elevator issue.

We have been here for 17 days and the elevator has been out 15 days and they have no idea when it will be fixed. we are on the 4th floor with a dog and it is super inconvenient

Our flight out of Austin was canceled. We were grateful to find a room so close to the airport so we could return early for our rescheduled flight. We were only there a short time so didn't really get to enjoy the room very much but were grateful for a place to shower and sleep. We got the last available room and it happened to be a handicap-accessible room. It was very spacious. The hotel itself was fine, very basic. Booking.com had it listed as a king room, which we didn't need necessarily but it was listed as the only room left. When we got there, the room had a queen bed instead. We spoke to the front desk but nothing could be done bc it was the last room. The "breakfast", while better than nothing, was just grab and go. It was a granola bar, yogurt and tea or coffee.

Clean and beds okay Elevator stopped working the next day we arrived and we had to go up and down carrying our heavy luggage down from the 4 th floor and other stuff. Very inconvenient for an elevator to keep breaking up.

Bathroom didn’t feel clean. Check in was unprofessional. We checked in with our name, got handed the two card keys and pointed to where our room was and that was it. Not accommodating at all. There was a liquid puddle in front of check in counter that no one bothered to clean up. Electricity went out during check out. I was there for only one night. Don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

The only things we liked was the A/C was cold and stayed on. Parking was ample. Check in was easy. Internet worked good. The shower water was hot. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice also. Elevator was not working. Dead roaches in hallway. Shower was dirty and moldy. There were used toothpicks left on counter from previous guests. All of the rooms silverware, plates, dishes and cups were dirty sitting in a tub outside the room on the floor and not replaced inside. They sat there all night used and dirty.

Room and hotel in general very clean. Receptionist very helpful. We had to leave very early for flight so couldn’t get coffee or breakfast in lobby but staff provided us with mugs (real not paper cups) coffee and machine for our room. 5 minutes away we visited Jarvis Tex Mex for a great, quick in restaurant meal.

I wasn't sure if flight was going to make it so this was a last minute booking. Several places didn't have rooms and I arrived at midnight. Place was locked but phone available to alert staff for late check in. Couldn't get ahold of anyone after getting key card. The bed was stripped and bag of bedding there. Bathroom had blood in show all towels dirty trash cans full. Tried to get staff to at least get soap and towel but no one answered. A "couple" pretty sure the girl was a strung out prostitute pulled the phone from wall as she tried to call front desk person. Half the plugs in the room didn't work.

Guests are allowed to cook in their rooms, but the management doesn't supervise to ensure they do so with the door closed, much less that they prepare light meals without strong odors that might disturb other guests. In a nearby room (on the third floor), someone was cooking with the door open, wearing only underwear, and the smell spread all the way to the reception area, which was quite unpleasant when you were trying to relax.

Not very clean. Saw towels sit in the hallway for three days before they picked up. The hair in the shower was there upon check in. The staff was very nice and helpful though. Rest of the property was well kept. This is not the hotels fault but we called the person above our room Stompy McStompsalot. Over all it’s not a bad spot at all.

We cancelled our stay next door at the Days Inn for the Raddison. Paid 75 dollars more and was dirty had to pay to park. Would have spent more to stay at the guesthouse at the airport if it wasn't too late to cancel. Not worth the money

This is a comfortable safe place to stay before a air line flight out of Austin, Texas. No problem with room or check in. The only problem was I reserved a king bedroom and they rented it to someone else. I had to take a room with queen bed. First time this has ever happened when I reserved a room. By the time I got to the hotel, all king bedrooms were rented.

The only negative was that my reservation was for a king bed, but we got a queen and we weren’t informed at all until we got to the room. We had unpacked before I noticed then had to go to the front desk to ask about this and they said the reservation only says they’d give a king bed if available basically. It wasn’t a terrible inconvenience, but we got charged for the king. When I asked if I’d be getting a partial refund since they gave us a queen, the night shift front desk guy said I’d have to ask the manager in the morning, but that he was a really cool guy lol I inquired about it in the morning and the manager quickly told us he could give us a partial refund that was much more than I was expecting so I was very happy about that. Also, we had to wait until the morning to ask for a late check-out, and they let us check out an hour late. There were some small inconveniences, but I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was great, the location was great for my needs, it was right off the highway, and the room was great and clean!

We don't live far, but had a really early flight so we decided to stay nearby. It was a very save location, and about 5 min from the airport. It was clean, nice staff, and we slept great! Very comfortable beds and you can't beat it for the price. We will be back for our next early flight!

Absolutely terrible water pressure! No hot water! If you are wanting a hot shower after a long hard day, this hotel is NOT for you. The water pressure is very low, and the water gets lukewarm at best. It was more cool than warm. The front desk person is pretty much non existent unless you make a lot of noise. DONT FALL FOR THE BREAKFAST AMENITY BECAUSE ITS A PLOY! Their breakfast consisted of an empty mini fridge, two carafes of coffee, plastic wrapped mini muffins, and instant oatmeal. No bowls, no spoons, just coffee stirs. The room was overall pretty clean except for the million wasps on the floor. I walked in to 5 wasps and by morning I picked up at least 15 wasps. I would not stay here again, for this price, find a Holiday Inn.

I booked online months before my stay. I booked a king bed room, upon arrival I realized they gave my room away and gave me a queen bed room. Called the front desk after double checking my reservation, to be told they overbooked and gave my room away and “upgraded" me. Shower was disgusting and there was mold around the kitchen sink. Beds were hard as a rock. My husband nor myself got any sleep. The free breakfast is a joke. No juice or anything other than coffee, they had granola bars, bagged muffins, packets of oatmeal and packaged hard boiled eggs, that were awful. I would not recommend.

The front desk in this hotel is almost non existent. They sit in back room and you have to call to get service. The party in oarking lotcwent tob10:30 when I had to go and request the front desk to walk out back to hear the music we were listening to in our back ground level room.

There were some dead bugs on the floor upon arrival. I was told that rooms are cleaned once a week. The parking lot was being worked on the first night making parking challenging. By the second night, parking was available. The price of the room was very good. The staff was friendly. Overall, everything was good.

Fantastic! Great staff, very clean hotel and rooms. I would stay here again! Comfy bed, soft towels, even being close to the airport, I did not hear one plane while I was inside. All Staff was very nice. Gas stations and little restaurants were all with in 2 miles distance.

I got in late at night and the staff was so welcoming it instantly set my tired ass at ease! My room - was very clean, the bed was very comfy, parking lot was well lit. The little dining area had great coffee and tea along with wrapped up muffins and breakfast bars to get my mornings started. Even the bath towels were soft. I highly recommend a stay here. Very close to the airport but I heard no over head planes while I was in my room. The air and heat worked great! Again the late night, day and early morning staff was great and always with a smile and greeting me with a hi, good morning, have a nice evening. I highly recommend this hotel!
