Room smelled like smoke, carpet dirty, AC not cooling, no shampoo or conditioner, no blow dryer. Will never stay again nor recommend. Just plain dirty

This had to be the worst hotel/motel I had ever stayed at. We had a pipe burst in our home and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days. The outside of the building just looks sad, it hasn't been maintained. The front desk staff was wonderful! The room was not. The floors were sticky, it was clear that nothing had been cleaned. The tables had some kind of substance on them and the mirrors both had not been cleaned. I had two rooms, one for me and one for my adult children. Their room reeked of cigarette smoke. In most if not all hotels with kitchens there is some kind of kitchen utensils, this place had NOTHING. Not even paper towels. I had brought some leftover dinner thinking I would heat it up in the microwave, that would have been fine except there was nothing to heat it on, let alone a utensil to eat it with. I reserved two rooms for two nights, we left after the first night it was so awful. On the way out my son noticed that there was a sign that said you could buy kitchen items. He also noticed that there was nothing in the lobby that you could get to drink. Not even a vending machine. No water, sodas, or coffee. Of and the breakfast is nutragrain bars and coffee for a few hours. It would have been nice if their web page said there are no kitchen utensils or drinks onsite. If you wanted clean sheets or towels you had to bring your current ones to the front desk to swap out. If you want your room cleaned it's extra money.

Room had a full sized fridge and cooktop with small sink for preparing meals. The bathroom didn't have a fan which made the room get pretty steamy after a couple showers. The location is near a couple large roads so getting around Austin is pretty easy from this location.

Nothing Y’all took money out of my debit card when you were not supposed to take money out of my account before I got to my room y’all are in charge my debit card now. I have to wait for a week to get my money back so I should’ve never took the money out.

Everything was all right until we had to wake up early and check out early cuz they were replacing door knobs no bueno could have just waited until everybody checks out at 11:00

Clean safe & quiet property (despite being so close to highways,) staff helpful & friendly, had everything I needed & would stay again! (My dog also approved.)

We chose this hotel due to the breakfast since we were staying for my teenage sons basketball tournament but was so I got to email for to put review of my hotel because we're supposed to have breakfast they didn't have breakfast because they're in between management they didn't have breakfast so we were very dissatisfied with that as my son had to play a morning game with no breakfast

Based on the online photo I thought it would be an actual breakfast with select food items like pancakes, eggs, fruits etc. Not a coffee bar set up with on chocolate muffins and packets of oatmeal, The fact there was no real breakfast, the hotel room could have been cleaner.. (no hairs in shower).

The room that they gave me did not have any air the second room they tried to give me the main locked did not locked the third room that they tried to give me the refrigerator was leaking water all over the floor then I went back to the manager he gave me his personal key had me walking to the 4th floor looking for my own room had me back on the third floor trying to find a room on my own then had me going to the second floor trying to find a room that was suitable for me and my two grandchildren 10 years old and a 8-year-old we travel three and a half hours got there a little bit after 3:00 was not able to lay down until about 3 or 4 hours later trying to find a comfortable room I am so dissatisfied

We stayed there before a few years ago and everything was fine. This time the property was run down and not exactly clean. Upon checking in the staff was fine. But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not get up to help the lady. Talk about rude. We did get our refund from Expedia, but not with any help from the staff at the hotel. We will not stay there again.

This is a bare bones establishment barely above a youth hostel. No television channels, no cords to the phones (so we couldn’t call the desk about the tv). We went down by the elevator and waited 35 inures for anyone to come to the desk-no one appeared. We called the hotel number from our cell phones and no answer. It rolled over to the nation wide line and they could not help us. We checked out.

Very dingy, old motel truly. Lots of loitering around the property/in the parking lot, seems like a lot of the clientele are longterm stayers/3rd shift workers. Very loud at night, stayed on the second floor and could hear every footstep above and on either side. No amenities at all, no actual breakfast, just a coffee bar. No shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Trash truck comes and bangs around at 3am. As a female travelling alone, I would not stay here again.

Exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working, fogging up the mirror and leave the ceiling so condensed with water evaporation caused by the hot/warm water when taking a shower. Also some of the light switch on the dining was not working. No toiletries, hair dryer was not there.

It looked like a prison cell and I completely freaked out when I saw a mouse run across the floor. I checked out immediately. No way I was staying there!

Lorena the check in person person when I arrived. She is deaf and cannot communicate nor does she know how to check in quest. Leaving a lot of frustration

It was at a really good location. The elevators are really outdated and only one was functioning; The room toilet was malfunctioning, there was only one small trash bin in the entire room and it was the restroom one. You get what you pay for other than that but I felt a functional toilet should be a given at whatever price.

The girl at front desk should not be ching people in .I've waited an hour and she still can't figure it out and she can't speak. Lorena is her name. I've already paid and still don't have a room key after an hour

The location was good. The elevator was broken 2 days of our stay. I asked for a room on a lower floor and was given the top floor. The fridge did not work, so they replaced it with one that did, but the second fridge ran out water into the compartment every time it defrosted. Every appliance was rusty and greasy. We'll not stay there again.

The room was just ok. But liveable. There was no shower curtain, no dishes , no cook ware and house keeping told me they charge $10 to clean the room unless I am there for at least 2 weeks...

The smell was bad, even after a whole box of baking soda in the room. (It was all down the hall, too.) Just never went away. The elevator broke a few times and had to carry luggage/groceries/laundry up to 4th floor. Mattress was not comfortable, and water pressure not great. Nothing was walkable near the hotel.

It was ok for our visit. The staff was great especially the maintenance man who replace the refrigerator in our room.

The people here were really helpful. The area is very convenient and quiet. They did provide a breakfast, albeit very basic. The furniture here shows some wear and tear, but basically still solid. Because the location of the hotel, you should have option to eat there, like cold sandwich or salada in a vending machine, and and ice machine. Maybe add fruit for the morning coffee. But the staff also the room was good.

I left a Airbnb due to some tense conditions, and normally stay at the Hampton Inn Suites in Oak Hill. This was a better value, and I’m relived I know of another choice I can make in these ridiculous times.

The place was not terrible but not the best. It did not include breakfast, elevator was out of service, the stairs and hallways were very dirty with a strong odor. The room had a very strong odor, microwave was not clean.

Customer service was amazing. The girls at the front desk were super sweet and attentive. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the shower pressure was horrible. I stayed on the second floor.

We had a wonderfull stay. This facility was centrally located for our needs. Near downtown, near COTA, near airport. Off hwy 290 and plenty of options for food and shopping.

When I came down in the morning to check out, there was no one at the front desk; the coffee service was completely empty; all offerings for the "continental" breakfast were empty.

The room was in good condition. Mattress was just right, not too soft, not too hard. The room was clean. I felt safe in the hotel. The grounds needed some trash pick-up but nothing bad. The location is pretty good. It's a bit tricky to get to off east 290 because of the construction. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I found the source of piss smell, it was a diaper behind the toilet. Went to the front desk and told them, they didnt do anything about it. Threw it away in the hall trash can. Also no free WiFi, last i checked, it is 2025. Free wifi for a hotel isnt a big ask. I get it if you want to download a ton of stuff, thats different. However browsing the internet isnt a big use of wifi. Also no security cameras? Despite having angry people in the lobby and a homeless camp 100 yards to the right of the hotel.

The cheapest national brand hotel with near zero frills. OK, zero frills. The front desk clerk runs the laundry. Let's just hope they've always washed their hands before returning from the laundry room, which is where the door goes right behind the front desk counter. The thought of the clerk handling the sheets & towels, then my credit card and room key without washing thier hands is a bit revolting, unless you're into that kinda stuff. The place is clean, and the furnishing are post college grad, first apartment kinda quality. It works.

I booked this hotel originally for four nights and once we checked in after our flight being delayed by eight hours we immediately knew we would be leaving first thing in the morning. The room was moldy, the burners were gross corroded with burnt food, the sheets were dirty with curly hairs embedded deep into them. The bathroom had leftover shower scum and hair in the tub. The room was completely outdated, very small, no dishes or utensils in the room , that was something you had to ask the desk for. The smell in the hallways was enough to load back into the car. Very dissapointed and will not be back. I booked this hotel originally for four nights and once we checked in after our flight being delayed by eight hours we immediately knew we would be leaving first thing in the morning. The room was moldy, the burners were gross corroded with burnt food, the sheets were dirty with curly hairs embedded deep into them. The bathroom had leftover shower scum and hair in the tub. The room was completely outdated, very small, no dishes or utensils in the room , that was something you had to ask the desk for. The smell in the hallways was enough to load back into the car. Very dissapointed and will not be back. Not to mention the cost for four nights was $1,100 USD - we checked out the next morning and we still have yet to get our money back and it’s been four days. 9/10 I would not recommend. This hotel had questionable people outside all the time. When we got there and checked in one of the maids and her friends came into our room. Not sure what they were trying to do but they used their key and barged in on us. Someone was in the room above us running and jumping around all night long.

We had to wait 20 minutes to check in for our reservation; no one was at the counter. We had to call the hotel while standing in the lobby. The room was dirty, stinky, and super old. It was supposed to be a non-smoking facility; people were, and not just cigarettes. Free breakfast is a joke. Coffee and just a prepackaged muffin.

No ice machine , room was ready but made me wait till 3pm because I booked through a 3rd party . Blankets were thin like airplane thin .

Front desk staff is horrible, pay extra $15 go somewhere else

The gentleman checking me in had the worst attitude. He tried to charge me for a pet and I don’t have a pet. He argued with me about the charge. He wasn’t very friendly. Also the ac unit made a terrible sound all night long. Not the best nights rest. Definitely give this 1 star

I booked a suite to heal for a few days. The staff were AMAZING. They ere accommodating, kind, and considerate. The room was ok. The water pressure was low. If it wasn’t for the medications I was on I don’t think I’d have slept at all. A very annoying light flashed above the bed the entire time. It was impossible to sleep until the meds kicked in. I wasn’t able to have the fan blow continuously because it kept shrieking. There was a foul odor in the hallway.

Staff is/was wonderful. Only complaint is breakfast items run out way before the 9:30 cutoff time. No way for them to restock breakfast items.

Wasn't the best. Only 3 pillows, when I asked for a 4th I was told they didn't have one available. . . So my girl slept fine however I got to wake up with a crooked neck. Also don't show up early and expect them to check you in 5 mins early. . . They won't for some stupid reason. The "breakfast" offered is nothing more than horrible coffeenand some kind of stale muffin in a bag. I suggest the La Quinta about a mile north of this place instead, they had a hot breakfast with decent coffee, juice, the usual cereal and waffles as well as scrambled eggs and sausage links.

The customer service was really great the employees were so nice but the hotel was very gross. Smelled awful we only stayed one night then switched hotels.

The web page said breakfast included. Wow what an understatement. It had one coffee pot and one pot for hot water. Some Tea bags and little things of creamer. NOT EVEN ANY SUGAR. 3 little chocolate muffins (pre-packaged). This is not what I consider a breakfast. Do not say you have a breakfast included if what you really mean is a cup of coffee with no sugar.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, just like last my previous stay. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a slight smell as if a prior guest had smoked in the room, thankfully the smell was just present not overwhelming.

The room was Efficient as far as there was a small kitchen but the housekeeping missed some key items. My friend went to the restroom and was grossed out. There were Horne stains on the toilet seat and the trash in the kitchen was not taken out and smelled bad.

It took over 20 minutes to get checked in. One person working the front desk and he had to go to every room with a hand held device to code the room keys so they would work. The next morning, front desk person had an attitude about getting clean towels. By 8:00 am - there was nothing in the “grab & go” breakfast baskets. Baskets were again still empty on Sunday morning at 7:10 am as we were leaving. We stay in Austin frequently (6 or more times a year) and I will not go back. The location of the hotel is close to where I need to be in Austin, but location is not enough in this case.

My recommendations are: * make sure the blanket is clean; it was not terrible but had hair which I wasn’t sure if it was from human or from dog. * the chair in the work space was very unstable and therefore uncomfortable. * the carpet by the bathroom is torn and looks ugly.

First night we got there we did not have room keys because the system was down so we had to wait for someone to walk us to our room everytime we left . Then we didn’t have hot shower water at all . But my kids and I made it work.

We didnt stay , the room was filthy and smelled like urine. There was hair on the counter and sink and the toilet lid appeared to have dried poop on it.

Immediately checked out and went somewhere else. Hair in sink, on floor and on bed. Smelled musty and like smoke. Busted window at the front. Another guest was requesting to see cameras because someone had been in her room. Absolutely disgusting and shocking they are even open.
