Also, I gave them my card for incidentals and they have billed me 3 more times including this morning even though I left yesterday. Disrespectful and rude. I've already disputed all the charges.

The hallways were cool which was very nice. A lot of hallways and common areas are warm or even hot in other places I’ve stayed, but not here. The parking was not ideal, although it turned out to be fine. We had to park on the street bc I refused to pay $59 a night to valet.

Very friendly staff and absolutely nothing to complain about.

Roof top restaurant, staff friendly. Room had a noise and the air was dry. By day two I spoke up with a noise bleed and headache. Also the room did not have a city view as advertised. Furniture also had stains, scratches.
