    Charging for parking is insane that’s why I gave 3 stars. & more than likely will not stay there again. There are plenty of hotels with free parking considering you’re paying for the stay already. I also didnt care for the layout of the hotel at all. It’s like a motel. I like hotels that you need a key or someone to let you in after hours.

    We only stayed 1 night. It was our first time and we were surprised on the big rooms and that breakfast was included. We reported at the front desk that the WiFi kept kicking us out, maybe because our unit was in the back.

    Liked the size of the room and the 2 bed, 2 bath options The double lock on our door didn't work, and the outside steps leading up to the room were not swept and looked run down. It would be nice to have a bathroom handles or bars for getting in and out of the tub/shower. The tub was very slippery.

    This place is one of my top favorites. It was spacious. My daughter, myself and my dad were able to sleep in our own beds. I love the 2 room and 2 bath option with sleep sofa. Super accommodating. We will be back !!! We were on the 2nd floor. Stairs were a little too much for me. But I will be okay

    I didn’t appreciate that Marriott charge my credit card and also bookings.com charge my credit card two charges for one room is Marriott at fault. I think so. I haven’t heard anything from American Express yet. Also, Marriott never returned my call !!

    At 3 AM, I wake up to someone trying to get into my room. I looked through the peep hole and , it is a couple using a key card trying to open the door. I did not open the door at first as I was scared to death but as they started to walk away I did open the door and she immediately apologized and told me that she had a key for the room that I was in and showed it to me. At that point, I guess they went back to the front desk and I went back to bed. A few minutes later, the phone starts to ring and it's the front desk asking if I'm OK and apologizing for the mixup apparently, according to the clerk, there was a mixup in the computer with room numbers or something so I laid back down again and a few minutes later, the phone rings again and it's the same person apologizing and just asking if I'm OK! Needless to say, we didn't get very much sleep!

    Property and room were great. Front desk clerk sternly told us "no partying" and was serious. We are middle-aged and sober. You don't need to speak to guests that way, there are polite ways to convey the message.

They allowed us an early check in (our flight landed at 8:30) we checked in at 11! Staff was courteous and went above and beyond to get us settled.

    The location is amazing! Everything is within 10-15 min (no traffic) I got the 2 bedroom & it was clean and convenient. Water gets super hot FAST! I didn't like that they hold an additional $250 for the 2 bedroom suites.

    1. The flip lock to the front was broken. 2. The towel rack upstairs and downstairs was broken and falling. 3. The TV in the bedroom did not work (would not turn on) 4. The remote for the tv had black tape holding the batteries in place. Absolutely unacceptable from a Marriott Residence property.     Sorely in need of updates. 90's vibe. Breakfast not Residence Inn standard. $--- + $40 charge we're disputing with AmEx. While we paid on line, they 'could not' give us a receipt for the $150 dog charge so would e-mail it. They have not. Crooked staff?

I had a problem with the tv and they sent a tech immediately but they couldn’t resolve the connection problem to Netflex nor Amazon prime for movies so they told me to call the Marriott network to report the issue. They couldn’t resolve it either. Otherwise stay was lovely!! Thank you!!

    The first room assigned had broken USB chargers and reeked of marijuana. After raising the issue, we were moved to a second room, which was no better—it had a disgustingly clogged bathroom tub and a broken door. The overall condition of the hotel was shocking; it is in desperate need of renovations and does not live up to Marriott's usual standards. As a Silver Elite member for 15 years, I expected far better. While we were offered a few points for the inconvenience, it does not compensate for the unacceptable condition of the property. I’m truly surprised this is a Marriott property and will never stay here again. Avoid this hotel until major improvements are made.

    This place was great for a last minute, pre-hurricane booking. Power stayed on throughout the night and had peace of mind knowing me and my dogs were safe. There were a couple of very minor cleanliness issues, but given the circumstances (hurricane Helene), I really didn’t care to make a big deal of it. A very comfortable stay and will be recommending to friends and family when they come to visits - staff are absolutely lovely too.

    It's very convenient with the kitchen not having to buy fast food. Was in-between the airport and where i needed to be. Will definitely be booking there when I come back.

    So the check-in and service staff were awesome. The IT guy was going above and beyond. But the pool was dirty. The TV didn't work the whole first day. What's the point of having an ice-maker in the freezer if it isn't hooked up and there are no ice machines in the buildings? The humidifier in my room wouldn't turn off..ever...despite the temperature and humidity in the room. The tub drained slower than a snail's pace. The units need a desparate overhaul.

    I rated the property average because of stains I found under the pillow I slept on the first night. I woke with my tongue and throat irritated, i went downstairs to tell the others i had traveled with and went back up stairs to sleep, i folded the pillow for elevation and i saw black stains, it looked like mold, however, i was told by one of the staff memebers that it could possibly be hair dye. My hair is in braids and was never dyed so it could not have been me, i asked for confirmation of what it was once the housekeeping staff took a look, they never got back to me. I was offered new pillows and apologies. I had to request a full change out of the sheets, i also requested that one night of the stay be refunded as i was appalled by this, but again no one got back to me. The gentleman who i spoke to identified himself as the assistant manager. I know things happen but sleeping on a moldy pillow or even an unclean pillow with somebody's hair dye on it left me quite uneasy the remainder of the trip.

    My room was awesome! Huge, fully equipped & clean. The staff staff was consistently friendly, hospitable & accommodating, even w/ some of the noticeably difficult customers that arrived ahead of me. I personally was clearly exhausted upon arrival from my long travels & some staff members were jovial enough to make me laugh upon every encounter. 🫠 The breakfasts were hearty. The kitchen staff was AMAZING, as well as patient, & accommodating, esp such their busy hours. “Ms. V.” Was a true star! She was especially kind & cheerful as she served a hearty Sunday breakfast, making everyone’s day with her exceptionally warm welcome. She served a delicious egg & kale keish on Sunday. Breakfast was clearly served w/ love & smiles. ❤️🙏. Compliments to “Ms V.” & the kitchen staff. I enjoyed my stay & would surely stay again based on my experience this past week. Much thanks to all. 🙏

    Shout out to Mrs Gwen of the cleaning staff. I arrived from Tennessee with two 15 yr old twins. Girls at that. When I arrived the front desk attendant explain that rooms are not ready. It was about 3 of us waiting on rooms. Off of a sudden Mrs Gwen appeared out of nowhere heard what was going on and explained to me that. The issues was no rooms are ready for check in at the moment.     Doors open to outside for all rooms. The building that only holds the clerk however is locked 24/7. The button to click for that door to ask them to open it doesn’t work and they just stare at you through the door. Then when they finally let you in they tell you that the deposit for incidentals for this motel is 150 dollars plus almost 14 dollars for parking. I paid 100 for the room for the night but the hold was more than the room? We get to our room on the top floor of a different building and the door to the room is wide open and has been for who knows how long. This doesn’t deserve the Marriott name. This is essentially a motel 6 with bad service and a higher end name

    don’t stay here. My card got randomly charged and when i asked the front desk about, they said it want them. they didn’t even check any id, causing me to get booked for the wrong room. Very suspicious. Also had a blood stained sheets on my bed. Just G R O S S

    The room itself was mostly fine. I'm not sure what kept leaking in the closet but it flooded the floor. The staff was very friendly. The hotel overall is very loud and its hard to sleep. The mattress on the pullout sofa is very old and flat, definitely needs to be replaced and the pool was absolutely disgusting. I believe the pool doesn't get cleaned at all. My daughter went to use it and it was covered in some sort of slime and algae so she refused to get in. Just gross, someone is getting paid to clean it & not doing their job.

    When we arrived, the air conditioner worked properly. On the next day, it was 85 degrees in our room. I called the front desk and made them aware and they sent house keeping to look at it. This young man checked the thermostat and said I think it’s broken. If the concern was the booking unit, why would housekeeping be able to assist?

    The overall stay in the room that we had was fine. It was the unwelcomeness from breakfast staff member. Also customer service at the front desk could be more welcoming as well during check in and check out. Wish it was more options for breakfast. Not everyone is vegan eater. Need more options for lactose intolerant people. Also a lot of the premade food was cold.
