I had a very strange experience there. The staff gave us the wrong room. We requested a suite with a sofa bed, bedroom and living area. We were given something different. The check in experience was not great and even though we had a suite, we requested that they store two bags and the staff was very reluctant and said no initially. I was with a coworker who got into some kind of altercation with another guest and was asked to permanently leave even though I later went back to the bar and asked the bartender what happened and was told it was the other guest's fault. The security guard told my coworker that the bartender backed up the guest. THEN my boyfriend asked for a slightly larger pour as a favor at the end of the night (in exchange for the tip) and the bartender emptied the contents of the wine bottle into the glass and then charged him for it. She told him she had to charge because there were cameras everywhere and everyone wa watching us (even though I was not involved in the altercation). All in all it was a poor experience for me and I would never stay there again.

This is one of my favorite spots to stay in Atlanta. It’s walking distance to a few bars and the museum. The staff makes you feel welcomed and is committed to you enjoying your stay without it feeling it too forced. The food is decent. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The shower pressure and the views are my favorite parts.

Blackout shades were not operational. Could not sleep with cityn lights coming into the room.

Hotel was very modern. The rooms were super nice in the showers and bathroom were exceptional!

The hotel was very cozy and comfortable to be in. The shower was amazing. I almost didn't want to get out. The beds, very comfortable, I have a lot of back issues and slept decent which is better than I can safe for 90% of hotels I stay at. The staff was nice, especially Jenna. She was super kind to my family and I. Made us feel super welcome as soon as we arrived and every time we saw her she was attentive, super easy going, and genuine. Her presence alone makes that place a home away from home and we will be coming back. Thanks Jenna, thank you also to Phillip who is a funny and an easy going staff member at the bar. I kept coming back just to have fun conversations. These two employees cannot be left out of future consideration for big pay raises. I visit many hotels around the nation for trips and these two are at the top of my list of best people to represent a hotel! They are both worthy of executive roles, these are the type of professionals that make patrons like myself share where to stay in Atlanta. Thanks again for the great stay. We will be back.

We stayed here for a wedding and had a nice stay. The water pressure in the shower was strong and got nice and hot. The beds were plush and comfortable. Regardless of what floor you stay on you can’t hear any noise.

This is our 3rd time visiting and absolutely love this hotel! The staff is so friendly! The inside is so clean! One of our favorite places to stay while visiting Atlanta.

Room was very nice, loved the shower. Food at the restaurant was good.
-
The property was completely beautiful! I loved everything about the hotel to include the staff and the decorations throughout the room and the building. Also, the staff was amazing and very attentive to the hotel guests needs. Lastly, the restaurant food was delicious! The bartenders and waitstaff were amazing! I will definitely be back.

Parking is too much, $50 a day for in and out valet . $39 for ramp but no in and out.
-
The valets outside were very good as was the check-in staff. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. When we tried to eat breakfast the next morning we got a table no problem but sat and sat and sat waiting for our waitress. We ended up leaving as did another two ladies who opted for coffee at the bar. When we arrived in Nashville I realized I’d left my new hairdryer on the shelf under the sink. I called and they were very helpful and did look into it emailing me their findings. Unfortunately my hairdryer was not there. I do realize it was at fault leaving it but I really expected them to have it and was willing to pay for it to be sent to me. Overall the hotel is good and have no problem recommending it, however check very carefully when you leave.
