Very disappointed.

Hotel stay was great was a seamless stay staff is great, room very clean and stocked up, clean swimming area, great parking availability, I would like to see the breakfast cutoff last longer than 9 am we missed that but they still had great coffee and also the table umbrella was missing from the pool area Which would have been nice but all in all a great stay plus we were there for the Rangers game and the trolley ride to and back from the game is awesome didn’t worry about parking at the game. Not our first stay there and will definitely stay again!

Great stay

Two bedroom suite. Great rooms, great price and great stay. The free breakfast was excellent and staff very nice. Very convenient for visiting Rangers or Cowboys Stadium. Only 10 minute drive from DFW. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect l9cation to Hurrican Harbor and Six Flags

Everything was adequate. Not a fancy property but we had everything we needed.

We left our room for an event and came back and our deadbolt was stuck shut and it took 3 hours for us to get in our room.

The room was spacious and had more amenities than we anticipated, i.e. a full-size fridge, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, coffee, etc. as well as dishes, cutlery, and cookware. We only stayed one night, but will definitely look for availability here on our next trip to Arlington.

This was by far the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at! It is advertised as a smoke free environment, yet as soon as we opened the door of our room, we were both taken aback by cigarette odor that was so strong that we thought we were in a nightclub. There was also a 2" hole in the carpet as you enter the room. Finally, when we went down to breakfast a good 30 minutes before it ended, they were out of most main breakfast items and no juices. Not a good experience. Not worth the money.

We booked our stay here which was perfect to get to Globe Life Field. An uber ride was less than ten minutes. We booked a two bedroom suite. It had a modern touch and was very clean! The breakfast could have better options but we enjoyed our stay!

I stayed for a week and everything was great. Breakfast had different varieties everyday. The staff was phenomenal. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel overall was clean and staff was friendly. Our room was not picked up during our two day stay. If we had been told at check in we would have put our towels on the floor which the sign in the bathroom tells you to do. The daily breakfast was not good at all. Cold mini quiche and breakfast sandwich. Terrible coffee. We made coffee in our room the second day and they do put a good brew in the room to use so thanks for that. Bed was comfortable and clean. Towels were fresh.

The room was immaculate, and so well set up. Everything was new. It was so spacious! I was beyond impressed with the whole place. They need a new basketball net, but it was too wet to play outside anyway. We were there during the freezing spell. Breakfast was on time every morning, and lots of variety. The price was spot on. Plenty of parking. All the other guests were nice and pleasant, which means they were happy also! Not much to do around the hotel, but it’s Texas so you gotta drive everywhere!

Breakfast could be better but other than that room was clean and had everything we needed and all staff encountered were super friendly.

Our check-in was a mess due to them "running out" of the type of room we had reserved and the room not being ready. The scent/fragrance in the lobby was completely overwhelming and way too strong. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was sufficient. We've stayed here before but were not as impressed with the hotel this time.

Clean room. Great price. It was our first time staying in the property and we loved it. The breakfast is really good with lots of variety (e.g. scramble eggs with cheese, biscuit with egg and cheese, cage free kale frittata with feta, Belgium sugar waffle, etc). YUMMY! Thank you.

The telephone in both room and bathroom did not seem to be connected. Many weird TV stations available, but two of the most prominent ones watched.. Fox News and Fox Business are not offered. Seems like a political decision and one that makes me less likely to stay at a Marriott property in the future.

I booked this based on price and reviews. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchenette was a nice extra. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. There are plenty of cute eateries within a 10 minute drive or less.

The room was nice, the hotel itself needed some maintenance. Staff was somewhat friendly. Door locks were stiff and had to "push" with some force to open doors.

We were greeted by a friendly and welcoming lady. Room was immaculate and quiet. Bed very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we need a hotel in this area.

For a first time stay at this hotel, it wasn’t a good experience. After I checked in, we discovered that we were placed in a handicapped room, meaning there was a shower chair and handrails in the shower. When you turn on the shower, the water went on the floor. We turned the shower head toward the wall and as shown by these pics, water still went on the floor, causing a risk to fall. Asked to be moved and the lady working the front desk said my profile was coded for handicap. I showed her my profile to show it was not. Stated she had to talk to her manager for which she never did. As a result, we had to keep asking for towels to get water off of the floor after showering. Also the ice maker didn’t work. The sofa bed was hard and the double beds, you could move the mattress with your knee and beds were not comfortable to sleep on. Bed was overly firm. For a handicapped access room, the sofa bed was not handicap friendly as it was rather heavy to open and access. Cleanliness was fair as there were some clothing items left from previous customer (dirty socks on the sofa). Overall, decent.

the Front Desk people were great. They would answer our question. For Room Service, we didn't have our room cleaned once in our 4 days stay. One day they took the towels and trash out, didn't put new towel in the room. Ran out of soap and toilet paper. We asked the front desk to bring the Towels & Toilet Paper. Seems like the Front Desk had to cover for the House Keeping.

There seems to be something going on here. There are cars running for hours on end in the parking lot with people sleeping in them. Sometimes people sitting in back parking lot under a tree like they're waiting for their turn to get into a room shared by many. The doors to the buildings don't latch well so are often not secure. Which is likely convenient if multiple people are renting a room and have limited keys. I really have no idea, but something was off. And if I thought something was off, management must know this... not sure if Marriott does.

Ok place, honestly better than I expected for the price.

This will be our top choice, especially if we are staying an extended period of time. The full kitchen (stove with full size fridge and dishwasher) was a pleasant surprise.

Negative: pullout bed is hard unless they give you 2 form pads, room space was tight for the studio with 4 people, only 1 small elevator and not enough carts for luggage, had to check out without a cart, if that’s not a problem it would have been great

They did offer to move rooms when asked, but decided it was the entire hotel and it wouldn't get any better. Extremely disappointing that this is a Marriott property. 2nd straight Marriott property that has been disappointing. Wondering if Marriott even means anything anymore.

It was a great stay. The entire place looked excellent, smelled great and the staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. They had a nice sitting area with a grill, by the pool, with cornhole set up. The yard was kept nice and it was very inviting. The only complaint was the fold out couch, into a bed, was not comfortable. We'll definitely stay again.

Our neighbors upstairs were loud and it was easier to drive tor the baseball stadium than take the shuttle and the AC didn't work real well, but over all it was nice.

as always a great place to stay, I needed to change my reservation that I did not get through them. It was a third-party and she worked with me to get me into a two bedroom because my son unexpectedly decided to join me on my vacation. Cannot complain about the breakfast or the cookie a night that you get down in the lobby and I would be remiss if I did not praise everybody that works there. The rooms are always clean. The front desk is always helpful always courteous and pleasant to be around.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked the located unaware of the trolley system stop but were very excited when we learned about it and used it to get to our game that night! Outside of property was overgrown. Carpet was old and heavily worn. Advertised as a suite the couch pull out was not padded at all bed was very uncomfortable. Place needs to be overhauled for sure
