The only thing that was a downside was that the handicapped room we asked for didn’t have the shower seat that we needed. Other than that was a good stay. And the price was budget worthy as well. No problem with AC was nice and cold.

Management Team, ​I am writing to formally share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the room did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards. ​Upon arrival, I discovered a dead cockroach in the room. When I alerted the front desk, the staff member on duty disposed of it using his bare hands, which I found highly unsanitary and unprofessional. The young girl who checked me in was a sweetheart . She is not included in the rest of the review. But for the rest. Terrible . Rude staff. The breakfast was a joke. The phone in room wasn’t even plugged in. There were no lamps on nightstands , the police frequently were there bothering guests . Typical seedy crap . But the kicker is the attitudes of the staff aside from the one young lady there who was working when I first checked in who was a total sweetheart, and very helpful. The rest of the staff were completely unprofessional totally rude to the very end, absolutely a horrible experience.

First off photos online didnt paint a good photo of where this place was. They had photos of down by the stadiums making me assume it was jear by. Then the doors where on the outside with an inch crack underneith where bugs can come and go as they please.

The staff were very courteous but the location was not good for us. It was not close to the stadium where we needed to be for a conference. It was in an area that felt very isolated. The traffic noise from the nearby highway was a problem for us.

I didn't see any breakfast. The room curtains were missing lot of hooks. The front curtains wouldn't close properly. WHEN I BOOKED ONLINE, THE PICTURES OF THE ROOM LOOKED GREAT, BUT OUR ROOM DIDN'T LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES. I would say it was false advertising.

Clean room great price quit area. This is the cleanest and safest room for the price.

The front desk staff were terrible and not helpfull at all. Breakfast was very lemited and the staff refused to put more coffee even dough it was stil early. The room floor was very dirty and the room coffe maker was also dirty. We also had trouble getting clean towels .

Fake advertising on the website. Never checked in. Did not get my refund either.

Need to do better

Booked somewhere else, but was offered this property to accommodate us losing a reservation on another &… Dirty property. Luckily we brought a blanket to lay across the bed. Ended up washing that when we got home. Didn’t even want to sit on the toilet or shower in the tub because it looked so nasty.

No pool access, bed too firm for me, but not like a rock, toilet didnt work, furniture could use a touch up, basic breakfast, parking lot well lit up,

They did not have the room I reserved available, I checked in over the phone with my credit card and ID only to get to the property and still have to provide the same documents. It took almost 30 minutes to check me in.

This was oir first stay here and we enjoyed it, especially the hot tub in our room. The rooms were nicely renovated and spacious, the area was quiet and clean and the housekeeping staff was very thorough

There was no place to hang clothes, no shampoo. The bed was not comfortable, we didn’t even stay the 2nd night, even though the room was paid for. Very disappointing.

I didn’t like the opening where there’s breakfast but is simple, it would be nice to add more like eggs pancakes and other simple stuff. Two single tables instead off one all together

The pictures that were advertised are not to what the room was, it was not that close to AT&T stadium as the pictures on the website showed. No AC when we got in the room.. mightvwant to turn AC on when it has been reserved from the begining. And we were not aware thete was a $50 reservation deposit fee. That was not on the online process when booking the room, as we purchsed the insured to protected the room from cancelations etc.

The room that was assigned to us smelled, the furniture was old and in really bad condition, I asked to be moved. Overall. the pictures of the property and rooms on the website are no where near to the actual property.

Pool has been filled in. Got hottub suite, no sofa, place to hang clothes, hottub water faucet doesn't turn off, plywood over 1 window, as it was broke sometime previously. To me, price was little high for no more amenities than there are.

Pretty well traveled property, minimal bedding, carpet makes you want to hover, commode flusher was broken. Cost effective for me as I was staying one night alone, I would not bring my kids to this property.

Currently in renovations. Had to stand in rain to check in. A lot of sketchy people lingering around, given an uncomfortable vibe. The facility had no irons. Would not stay there again.... Good for a budget one day stay, but not for anything else.

This is an okay property. We just stay to go to a concert. Staff were friendly and helpful. The place is a little run down but other than that it was good.

The room I booked on Expedia was not even available when I checked in. I specifically picked the hotel for a room with a jacuzzi in it because that’s what I was trying too book. When I show up too check in the lady tells me that room is not Available. Why offer that room if you know it isn’t available because it’s under renovation. Then I couldn’t get my money back if I cancelled and the room she put me in was same price as the room with jacuzzi. Plus I had to pay a 50 dollar deposit on car which nothing was mentioned prior to booking. Also I forgot to get my DL & Credit card before I left from checking in. The lady at the front desk knew what room I was in but not once did she try to inform I had not got them back from her. I literally had to go to office and ask if they had them from a new lady that was working this morning. Terrible service, rude, lazy and inconsiderate. I would not waste my time booking here again or spend my money thinking I’m getting something and show up to find out that the room hasn’t been available and won’t be cause it’s under renovation..

1. We booked a suite with jacuzzi, king size bed ect. Now the problems we had with JUST the room. The room we were given was almost empty. No couche or table. Just a empty space where it should be. Making the room empth and it echoed. The mini fridge didnt work. We had no microwave or trash cans. The bed fram was broken and the making the bed make noise whenever you moved on the bed. There was however a nice mirror in the bathroom that was touch screen. There excuse was we are under management. Then why rent out a room that is nothing you advertise. When we checked in my driver license was never given back. The person at the front desk is rude over a $50 deposit he says has to be cash. I got there about 2am in the morning so i didnt have cash and i was tired so he says i can put it on my debit card. However once we left my deposit was not returned to my bank account after i waited a week. Why did we have to pay $50 deposit for a empty room with a king bed in it?

The property is nothing as shown in the photos, no laundry, $50 unlisted deposit required, $ parking fee. Smelled terribly of smoke in the "non" smoking room, no hair dryer as listed, fridge half worked if you out a drink at the top. The beds were comfortable. Area has a lot of homeless and people doing drugs near hotel (less that 50ft away)

A cigarette burn on the comforter even though it was a smoke free room. The staff was accommodating and moved us to another room however the sink faucet was not secured to the counter, an outlet was not attached which we needed for plugging in things and the toilet ran continuously. The maid will come in while your out so make sure you utilize the door sign. I prefer to call for service when I need it and was not aware they would do this.

If you’re looking for a place to stay for a night or day and not looking for anything spectacular this ain’t bad for the money. A couple hiccups when I first got there but they got me hooked up.

The tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work and the bathroom door didn’t shut. The room smelled like smoke even though it said it was nonsmoking.

Called front desk and asked how to turn on the tv and she informed me it was broken. Desk clerk on duty now said that 1st clerk should have told us that. I asked it we could get a discount on room price and they said that they could not do anything because I checked in at front desk at 3:00 and just now reporting. They could move us to another room available on 2nd floor. We left and had to drive home after an exhausting day. Was very disappointed.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds but received a room with 2 full beds. Check in was easy and the rooms are being updated.

We walked in and walked out. It was dirty and gross and we felt unsafe. Several rooms were closed by the Texas Department of Health.

Not so good experience, I understand this is not a 5 star Hotel but needs to improve. The room stinks so bad, towels has hairs, bed is uncomfortable and blankets has cigarettes holes on it. At the time I stayed in it the room next to me was clausured for higine reasons by the city of grand prairie.

There were no towels. No washcloths. A coffee pot but no coffee, tea or cups in the room. A gap under the door to the outdoors. The front desk gave us two shabby, worn, thin towels but no coffee for the pot.
