Four Points by Sheraton Dallas Arlington Entertainment District

Room was clean just a couple bits of dirt in the floor, headboard needed to be replaced it was worn and cracked, easy to check in and out.

Worst hotel property I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were completely rude and unprofessional, room service was knocking at our door at 9am when checkout is at 12, they charged my card twice, never again.

The staff were very nice and helpful, and you can’t beat the location if you’re going to a game or Six Flags. However there were tons of bugs! Encountered at least 15 in a day and a half before I couldn’t take it anymore and asked to change rooms. It was much better in the next room. The first room was near an exit door, so I assume that was a contributing factor. There were also large roaches in the hallway. The staff were apologetic and helpful, so I appreciate them so much. The bar/restaurant also is not open on Sundays and Mondays, and there is not much space to sit elsewhere if you are staying with multiple families. I will not be staying there again.

It’s roach season in Texas. The maintenance had the people come to spray the room. We had a roach come in from outside the lobby. The sheets had yellow stains. While convenient and nice, this drop down the comfort level and sleep loss. The bed was not comfortable. Maybe it’s time for a new mattress as well. The staff was helpful and courteous. This was in the disability room 105.

It was nice & quiet. On one of the beds, the comforter was wet and the sheets were stained. We asked for it to be addressed to which they only gave us to blankets I guess to put on the sheets to cover the stain and the other on then wet comforter.

We attended a concert at Global Life Field and the Hotel was conveniently located nearby with bonus trolley access to and from the stadium and nearby venues!

The staff was outstanding, the room was clean and the property felt very safe. I worry about my car during hotel stays as well as walking in and out but this felt safe.

Stayed 1 night for a concert at Globe Life Field (1 mile from hotel), and our stay was perfect for what we needed. Very clean room, had no issues.

Found a small but noticeable amount of mold in the bathroom. Return/cancellation policy was not followed. When I attempted to get help on the cancellation, was told the room could not be cancelled which is not what the cancellation policy stated. The cancellation policy was very clear that even after check in, the room could be cancelled and refund would be up to the hotel. Of course a refund was not issued, but the hotel did not check me out of the room even though I gave the keys back to the front desk. The hotel also charged me $13 after the booking when the room was not used and early check out should’ve been processed.

Booked and paid extra for a king suite. Upon arrival was given a standard queen. Front desk advised that rooms booked on outside sources such as orbits can not be guaranteed

The staff was very friendly and it’s a great location close to all of the Stadiums. It was not very clean. Was extremely disappointed in housekeeping routines. Was not informed that cleaning rooms was only by request. Then when I did call and ask for room to be cleaned I was informed that they had reached their quota for the day and also that requests had to be submitted by 9 am each day and it was about 9:45 when i called.

It’s a nice place. The breakfast is normally delicious. They shut down breakfast early and I missed out. I selected a normal queen suite. I got a handicapped one and the shower was horrible. There were no wash cloths in my room either. For some reason, inky the bedroom tv was hooked up. Not happy at all about my stay this time.

we didn't get the breakfast but the location was excellent right there by six flags. of course we went when 6 flags was closed so traffic was light and it was easy to get to the lodging and leave from.

I mistakenly booked the wrong dates. When I tried to cancel the reservation, I was unable to change my dates by canceling and making a new reservation for the correct dates. You can keep the money, but I will never use Expedia or Sheraton for my travel arrangements.

I appreciate the email. It unfortunately was not the best stay I've had. The room was full of dents and dings, the headboard was flaking. I found the hotel to be very noisy around 11 pm while I was trying to go to bed. And I found a very disturbing stain above the shower.

They lie about the size of the room. My “suite” was advertised as 650 square feet. I measured it and it was less than 400 square feet. The staff denies these facts as truth. Never again

Staff was friendly, room was comfy and spacious, it was a nice quiet area. We had to unplug the refrigerator at night to sleep because it was so loud. Everything else was great. Although for one night at $109 breakfast could’ve at least been included… I mistakenly misread and thought I was booking for two nights at that price and I found out the next morning that I was wrong…

There was a dead roach at the entrance and a few small roaches/bugs around the room. The beds were a bit small. They felt more like full size beds not queens. I hated that there wasn't an actual door to the restroom.

What wasn't great. Every time I stay here it is a wonderful experience. Everything from the time you pull into the patking lot, the front desk, the cleaning staff, the cleanliness of the room and the condition it is in. That's why when I am in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, I always stay here. In the past 2 years, I have probably stayed here a total of 55-60 days.

Stayed one night got a quick stay in the area. Comfortable bed, clean room. Came back to room later in the night with our two children. There was an individual smoking marijuana in his vehicle in the parking lot and the elevator and our hallway reeked of the smell of marijuana. Just not a family friendly atmosphere this stay.

I actually rented four rooms. Everything was great. Location was great it just around the area. There was no corner store for a quick drink, soda or milk and would have liked if the hotel offered free breakfast with the rate.

Cleanliness was awesome and comfortable bed and stay . The only cons I got was that around the property can be unsafe due to my car was vandalized by someone stealing all my gas emptied my tank. 😡 . Just keep on mind if you stying there overnight during an event . Go on empty .

The front desk lady who check us seemed like she was very unhappy and just wanted to be left alone. They don’t do early check in either. Even tried calling 2 days prior but couldn’t give me a for sure answer until the day I arrived. And it turned out to be a no.

We were there for a concert at Globe Life Field. Four Points was very convenient with quick access to the highway / interstate. The lobby was always clean and smelled great. Check-in was quick with complimentary waters. The room was also clean. The only minor issue was not enough linens, but the front desk quickly resolved that for us. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Off season, so not too busy. Rooms on the second floor had vaulted ceilings, noise did echo a bit, but just from our room. Stayed for a Rangers game and were surprised by a free shuttle to and from the game. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel staff were very friendly.

Well was really excited about staying there. Called the hotel three different times to confirm booking. I had a red eye flight and wanted to make sure there would be no problem checking in st 6:30 am. They said sure thing, we’ll leave notes for the property about this. Again called three times. The first call was horrible, basically said it depends on the housekeeping and was rude. Next two calls were good. Said they left notes. When I got there to check in, mind you I had a previous night check in. They said they don’t have me in the system and it was cancelled due to me not checking in before midnight. There was no help at all from the attendants working front desk. Just said they have no notes, no rooms, and couldn’t help me. Also, the 2 workers were laughing and thought it was funny that I was upset. Totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. Needless to say the Hyatt palace got me right in with no problems and were amazing.

Terrible stay. Found a tiny stain if blood on bed sheet. The horrible part was the room above me! Every single second of the night the ceiling is squeaking so so loud and every time they walk it is like someone knocking on your head. No sound insulation whatsoever!! The whole thing is squeaking so loud! And I usually don’t mine sound around me but this was horrible. I checked in one night to relax and sleep, barely slept from that.

Room was clean, but very dark...no wifi, no mirror above sink for shaving. Was told that Arlington shuttle would be there for transport to Rangers game, but it never showed up. Most people waiting like me scrambled to book an uber or lyft. Bed not comfortable at all. When attending a Rangers game I usually stay elsewhere, but this was the only available rooms left this particular weekend. Probably won't be back...

Due to several flight delays, I arrived after midnight and was ready for a good night's sleep. However, there was a consistent, mechanical scratching noise that occurred every 3-5 minutes. It sounded like someone trying to jimmy the lock of my door, though looking through the peep hole, I never saw anyone in the hallway. Needless to say, the noise made it difficult to sleep as I kept waking up thinking someone was trying to break into my room - even though there was nothing wrong. In the morning, needing to take a few Zoom calls for work, I tried to open the blackout blinds, but the wire was snapped. This meant I had to sit in a dark room while consulting with clients. Overall, I found the room to be rather gloomy - with not nearly enough light. Finally, the swivel chair in the room had a piece of metal sticking out of its side. I didn't see this at first, so when I when I moved it to sit down, I knicked my leg on the sharp metal. The attendants at the front desk were nice enough, but even after reporting the above, I was told that there were no rooms available of the same size as mine. No one offered to upgrade me either. We ended up spending the money to stay in a different hotel, because I was worried I wouldn't be able to sleep for the rest of my trip. This location could definitely improve and I would not recommend it to future guests until it does.

I realize this hotel is in the entertainment district, but it is not okay to allow people to party in the parking lot until 2:30 in the morning. When someone started playing loud music, I went to call the front desk, but the phone didnt work. Staff needs to be on top of this stuff. Not everyone is there to party
