Good experience. Was food in the microwave in the room left for quite some time. Had mold growing on it. Pool little small and hallways were warm. Set at 80 degrees. Rooms very spacious and cozy. Breakfast was good. Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was extremely clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I slept in in a hotel. The breakfast was delicious and hot.

However, the shower had no mat, no texture of any kind- was smooth. Which is fine for an adult with good balance. Not so great for my 2 year old who (despite our best efforts of putting down a towel) STILL slipped, fell, hit her mouth and bled. Do you think it’s the hotel’s responsibility to provide a safe environment??? Yeah I think so too.

Lady at check in was very rude on Friday until the manager came out to help check others in. She completely changed the way she was speaking to me and my daughter and was suddenly helpful.
