Place was great, the remodel is very nice and the burger is excellent!

Place was very accessible from i-25,very clean and nice rooms

I liked everything about the hotel except that the air conditioner wasn't cool enough for the time of year

I liked how easy it was to check in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't like that I had to pay for parking and no breakfast which I thought was included in the package I purchased.

Housekeeping staff were friendly, but communication and attention to detail were lacking. We requested fresh sheets during our stay, but later noticed socks still under the sheets, making it obvious the same sheets had been reused. We also arrived without conditioner in the room and had to ask for it ourselves. Another frustrating experience was late checkout. The front desk approved a 1 PM checkout, but housekeeping was never informed, so multiple staff members kept knocking on our door asking when we were leaving. The pool also was not very clean, and unfortunately my wife ended up with an ear infection afterward. The AC struggled with the heat since it only goes down to 65°F, and room 207 mostly faces the parking lot despite the large curtain wall. Overall, the hotel looks nice, but the lack of communication made me decide to not come back again.

Nothing The electronic key system was down so we were not able to leave our room. Elevators were broke down, had to carry luggage in and out via stairs. Room was not the one we asked for and bathroom was dirty. Parking out front didnt warn of sprinklers spraying car as it did and spotted my vehicle very bad.

We booked a room two different transactions. When I arrived I asked if it would be possible to stay in the same room as we had a reservation for the following night. The young lady said it would be possible just to go down in the morning to request to which another young lady said it was not possible. When my husband talked to Manaus he said oh of course we can do that. So I appreciate the manager was accommodating. The. I reserved a two bed room for my daughter and her family and was told all they had was a 1 Bed with a pull out bed. This was disappointing

The staff The hotel had a Room Key issue no guest Could get a room key We had to be escorted by staff into our rooms waiting times up to ten minutes before a staff member could get us to our room and only one elevator worked complete mess at this hotel

The property was very clean and everyone spoke to you in passing. The room had plenty of space and was very clean. We stopped at the bar for drinks and everyone was kind and spoke to us. We had lunch and the menu was decent with some great options. Our lunch was amazing, lots of flavor and was large enough that we could share and still have leftovers. Will definitely stay again

Everything at the hotel was great. The elevators in the other hand were not. At some point the main lobby elevators stopped working and had to use the maintenance elevators or the stairs. At some point they started working but it sure was a hassle.
