Even though there were a few hiccups with our first room and our subsequent room the staff were so very professional welcoming and friendly. It was nice having a little kitchen and made our visit enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff.

Some staff was friendly and rooms are spacious. Easy location to get to. Lots of local restaurants around. Fewer pillows and towel given than we had people for the reservation. We asked for more pillows and were told they didn’t have any extras; we could only have one more. Breakfast had rotten fruit and expired yogurt. No waffles. Pool area looked clean but the bathroom hadn’t been looked at in a LONG time.

When we went to check in they said they over booked and my booking wasn’t excepted. And turned me away. I later messaged and asked when I’d be refunded. They said I never showed up and will be charged for a no show. Absolutely ridiculous!! Will never ever go or refer anyone there. Horrible customer service from the manager Deon Watkins. I went to Hampton inn and their customer service was INCREDIBLE!

Had to switch rooms 3 times to get a clean room. The pool was out of service and manager was very rude and not helpful

The hotel is nice and centrally located near all major stores and places to eat. The hotel was also pretty clean, the only issue I had was with the hot water. A couple of showers I took was unpleasant as the water was barely warm.

The location. Heat didn't seem to be working. Was blowing out cold air.

Everything, it was awesome, having a full refrigerator and dishwasher felt like a BnB, was very happy with the bed, the pillows and my partner wanted to take the couch home. Breakfast was amazing! Check in at 3 and check out at noon was nice! Place was booked and pool was packed so didn't go swimming but will definitely come back here! I didn't see any outside smoking area.
