Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious

Breakfast was good. Liked potatoes and sausage. Oatmeal was too thick. I am lactose intolerant so I couldn't add milk. Comforter or bedspread didn't look clean.

Exceptional

This hotel was very clean. Rooms are a nice size and not crampy. Nice breakfast, fitness room and pool. Price was better than the two surrounding hotels.

Fast easy check-in and check-out. Needed help with the air conditioning, front desk staff was very patient and helpful. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices. Nice grounds. Close to several choices for food.

Clean Not enough parking

There was an issue with my booking on hotels.com end (my receipt and their records showed I booked and paid for 3 rooms, but the hotel only had 2 rooms on their reservation from hotels.com) and the front desk was amazing helping me get my issue resolved. They took a potentially frustrating situation and handled it with ease for me.

Staff, room and breakfast were top notch

Very Good, great stay, staff amazing

After we checked in, we tried to open the door to our room without success. The staff came up to our room to try to open our door, but could not do so. The staff then upgraded our room , made sure the door to our new room worked, and helped us bring our luggage into the room. The staff also recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Very much appreciated the staff's help.

Place is great. Beds were great

One night. Everything was great except out of conditioner. Convenient location to Cuyahoga Falls.

Breakfast was ok. waffles were great but food was just warm. I got tea and water was not hot. the staff was wonderful she got hot water from the back for me. They were all helpful when needed. Very friendly

My fiance and I have a disabled daughter. She loves to swim. The only reason why I picked this hotel was because they had an indoor swimming pool and I called the front desk prior to booking our room and the lady at the front desk said that the pool was heated. So I booked the room for the night so our daughter could swim. And to my surprise the full was freezing. I asked the lady at the front desk she did go into the maintenance room and try to turn the heater up but with no success. I did run into the an employee that said that he went into the maintenance room and he was able to turn the heater up and he said wait one hour and you should be good. So we waited 1 hour and the pool was still freezing. We got in to try to swim and within 3 minutes my poor daughter's lips were blue. So we had to get out of the pool. So we waited until the next morning hoping that the pool would be warm enough to swim but the pool was not any warmer. If I would have known that the pool was going to be cold I would have found a different hotel. So I pretty much wasted $160 on nothing. I am very upset about this.

Friendly, smiling staff. Fresh, hot coffee, tea, and hot chocolate near the front desk. Fresh, hot breakfast in the mornings. Clean and comfy beds and rooms. Really good hot water pressure in the showers. Nice location. A lot of things within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
